Qu Biologics is developing a platform of new immunotherapeutic treatments. Our Site Specific Immunomodulators (SSIs) aim to activate the body's immune system to reverse the chronic inflammation underlying many conditions including cancer and immune-related diseases, such as Crohn's disease. More than 270 patients with advanced cancer and moderate-to-severe immune-related disease have been treated with Qu Biologics' SSIs through a compassionate use program. The preliminary findings suggest some promising outcomes which support further research in controlled clinical trials. Currently, we are recruiting for a Phase 1/2 clinical trial in Crohn's disease.
