If you can't find work, it is possibly better than nothing. Otherwise, I'd look in a different direction.
Racism, ageism, sexism --- three words that accurately describe Quadel. This company is run as a for profit organization that clearly puts profits about all else. It is a myth that this company is mission driven in the sense that they care about affordable housing and related issues. They only care about profit, the more the better. The employees are a commodity to be used and discarded, the management is inept, and their systems are haphazard. Favoritism is rampant and training a joke. Unless one has a favorable personal relationship with their direct manager, there is no concern whether an employee "makes it" or not. There is a very clear age bias. The under 40 crowd is very cliquish and those that are older than this are very often ignored completely. I do not understand how non-profits do business with Quadel. I am quite sure though, if they were to look at the dirty underbelly of this organization, they would not.
Benefits are average, but acceptable.
Leadership from the CEO down are mediocre at best.
The company needs an entire overhaul (see my earlier comments)
No special preparation.
It's a living in some parts of the country. If you are in an expensive market like New York of similar, you're going to struggle.
There is no focus on diversity nor equity or inclusion.
It is a complete sweat house. Employees are a commodity and not appreciated.
Work from home.
Lack of training and support, favortism, neglect of employees.

Pay attention to the development of your employees. Unless you are a favorite of management, you will be ignored.

Working from home.
This is one area I would commend the company on.
