Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
15+ years of experience in defense fire control, C2 systems, joint targeting, and/or space-integrated weapon systems.
Extensive background in intelligence operations, ISR systems, and kill chain integration.
Deep understanding of joint engagement processes including target acquisition, sensor fusion, threat tracking, engagement authority, and kill assessment.
Strong working knowledge of advanced weapons systems and fire control platforms across services (Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force).
Prior experience in acquisition or requirements development roles within SSC HQ, SMDC, MDA, or similar DoD agencies.
Demonstrated success working in multi-agency, joint, or coalition environments supporting combatant commands or operational planning teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering, Systems Management, Operations Research, or related field.
Experience supporting C2BMC, GMD, IBCS, or other integrated air and missile defense (IAMD) systems.
