About the role:
This opportunity is for a Field Quality Associate role (Quality Liaison). The Field Quality Associate (Quality Liaison) will report directly to the Representation Manager. This individual is ultimately responsible for finding and minimizing part quality or performance issues for our customer base and the service location. The Field Quality Associate (Quality Liaison) role is an entry-level training position responsible for obtaining knowledge of operations and duties within the Representation environment and respective OEM facility.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for our Field Quality Associate (Quality Liaison) role will be extremely effective at communicating, representing, and supporting customers at the OEM facility. Routinely demonstrates TQS Core Values - team first, humble confidence, can-do attitude, integrity, and self-driven.
In addition, candidates must:
• Minimize disruptions (spills, stockouts, downtimes) to the OEM Facility
• Spill coordination (including yard activity) of supplier spills when applicable
• Learn to help coordinate containment/sort/re-work when applicable
• Learn to provide on-site/local sorting and testing (dimensional/material/functional) when required
• Learn to develop and communicate inspection standardized work/methods
• Learn to understand and verify receipt of breakpoint material - record vehicle or material breakpoints and make sure that all old stock is quarantined when applicable
• Respond to requests for support 24/7
• Support Controlled Shipping activities as required
• Basic ability to assist in problem-solving teams (PRTS, GCA, 24 hr, Warranty, JD Power, etc.) as required
• Knowledge of PC software applications including Word, Excel, and Company Software
• Demonstrates automotive industry knowledge
• Demonstrates Quality Control knowledge
- Valid Drivers License
