About the role:

This opportunity is for a Field Quality Associate role (Quality Liaison). The Field Quality Associate (Quality Liaison) will report directly to the Representation Manager. This individual is ultimately responsible for finding and minimizing part quality or performance issues for our customer base and the service location. The Field Quality Associate (Quality Liaison) role is an entry-level training position responsible for obtaining knowledge of operations and duties within the Representation environment and respective OEM facility.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for our Field Quality Associate (Quality Liaison) role will be extremely effective at communicating, representing, and supporting customers at the OEM facility. Routinely demonstrates TQS Core Values - team first, humble confidence, can-do attitude, integrity, and self-driven.

In addition, candidates must:

• Minimize disruptions (spills, stockouts, downtimes) to the OEM Facility

• Spill coordination (including yard activity) of supplier spills when applicable

• Learn to help coordinate containment/sort/re-work when applicable

• Learn to provide on-site/local sorting and testing (dimensional/material/functional) when required

• Learn to develop and communicate inspection standardized work/methods

• Learn to understand and verify receipt of breakpoint material - record vehicle or material breakpoints and make sure that all old stock is quarantined when applicable

• Respond to requests for support 24/7

• Support Controlled Shipping activities as required

• Basic ability to assist in problem-solving teams (PRTS, GCA, 24 hr, Warranty, JD Power, etc.) as required

• Knowledge of PC software applications including Word, Excel, and Company Software

• Demonstrates automotive industry knowledge

• Demonstrates Quality Control knowledge

• Valid Drivers License

Compensation

The base salary starts at $23.00

Work Location

The Field Quality Associate (Quality Liaison) position works on-site at their assigned service location(s)

Onboarding Requirements

In the Field Quality Associate (Quality Liaison) position it is required to travel to the corporate office for onboarding purposes

As a Supplier Quality Associate placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following: Provides quality assurance guidance for the processes that govern the management and qualification of suppliers and/or external manufacturers (EMs). Establishes and maintains quality assurance programs, procedures and controls, ensuring compliance and drive improvement initiatives. Key areas of support provided to team members include; supplier qualification, approved supplier list, performance monitoring, SCAR, CAPA, supplier change control, and managing document updates/translations.
**Target pay rate $45 per hour with full benefits!**

•Collects VOC data and monitor quality systems process to identify areas for improvement.

•Support initiates to transform process for use with supplier portal.

•Support upgrade projects for EtQ, and other electronic system.

•Provides guidance, records, and data to support internal audits and third part audits of Purchasing Controls.

•Represent JJV on project to align/improve supplier quality processes with the rest of MedTech and Enterprise.

•Aligns practices

•Perform QMS process gap assessments as worldwide regulation changes are emerging.

2 -3 years experience of quality experience in Medical Device or Pharma. BA / BS Degree required in a technical or quality field
