+ Develops test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests.
+ Implements the testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes. Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics.
+ Monitors for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically.

The SAP Software Engineer focused on Data Conversions, Data Quality, and Reporting is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that ensure data integrity and enable effective business intelligence. The role combines technical skills in data migration and ETL processes with an understanding of data governance and reporting tools.

**_Responsibilities_**
+ Design and execute data conversion strategies for SAP implementations and upgrades, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems into SAP.
+ Utilize SAP data migration tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, and Migration Cockpit to perform data loads and conversions.
+ Develop and maintain technical specifications, data mapping documents, and transformation rules.
+ Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather data requirements and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
+ Establish and maintain data quality frameworks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master and transactional data in SAP.
+ Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to identify and resolve data discrepancies before and after migration.
+ Define and monitor data quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Work with business data stewards to correct data quality issues and promote data governance policies and standards.
+ Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical models using SAP technologies like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP Fiori.
+ Translate business needs into technical specifications for reports and ad-hoc queries.
+ Optimize report performance and data extraction processes for efficiency.
+ Provide support and training to end-users on reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making
**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
+ Proven experience in SAP Data Conversions, migrations and ETL processes.
+ Proficiency with SAP data tools such as SAP Data Services, SAP BW/HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud
+ Strong knowledge of SQL, data modelling and database concepts
+ Experience with SAP modules and data structures (e.g., Master Data, Financials, Supply Chain, OTC, PTP processes).
+ Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Laser Test Engineer
Quality assurance analyst job in Wilsonville, OR
Coherent's Laser Systems and Measurement (LSM) division designs and manufactures laser diode modules, multi-laser light engines and laser measurement devices for bioinstrumentation, material processing, microelectronics, and other areas that utilize lasers. As a test engineer, you will be part of our product development engineering team and work directly with other team members to develop and test new products. This includes building and testing prototypes and test setups, performing validation testing, and using tests to identify and solve design and build process problems.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute characterization and qualification tests, test plans, and test systems for laser diode modules, multi-laser light engines, and laser measurement devices.
Build and test laser, laser system, and measurement assemblies using procedures, instructions, or communication.
Analyze results from tests, prototype builds, and models.
Work in conjunction with other development engineers to develop written test and assembly procedures and suggest improvements to these procedures based on build process, test results, and analysis.
Using results of tests and analysis, develop additional tests for root cause analysis and problem solving.
Complete project assignments to schedule in a multi-project environment.
Support the transfer of new products to manufacturing.
Requirements
B.S. or higher degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline.
5 years optical and laser test experience in new product development environment.
Working knowledge of laser safety and experience operating lasers and measuring laser beam parameters.
Knowledge and experience with statistical data analysis tools and problem-solving methods.
Knowledge of LabView, Python, or other programming language for test automation is a plus.

The primary responsibility of the Regional Quality Assurance Nurse is to manage ongoing clinical operations, oversee the region's continuous quality improvement functions, and implement policies, procedures and processes that provide structure to Avamere's systems and facilities for regulatory and clinical standards compliance.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Provide training, education, monitoring and the necessary assistance to maintain the highest level of care to drive quality outcomes.
Promote interdisciplinary cooperative endeavors, mutual understanding and support.
Facilitate professional communication with the Administrator and Director of Nursing during routine visits. Exits completed with leadership team on findings.

Provide excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to effectively self-manage and prioritize competing duties at multiple Centers.
Must be able to set, communicate, and regularly adhere to schedule involving multiple sites to visit.
Must be available 24/7 via telephone or on-site as needed and return phone calls and email in a timely manner unless on vacation/sick.
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon or state of Washington
Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Must have a minimum 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing/ Long Term Care Facility; five (5) years of experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility settings.
Prior demonstrable experience developing, implementing, and monitoring systems that ensure clinical excellence, compliance with regulations, standards and policies of the company.
Demonstrate familiarity with applicable federal and state guidelines in relation to Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Expertise in Infection Control/Antimicrobial Stewardship.
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Measures and governmental five star programs to drive quality within Centers.
In-depth understanding of clinical and regulatory compliance requirements (Federal and State).
Experience in the principles of Quality Assurance and QAPI processes.
Possess clinical and nursing knowledge necessary for the position and ability to effectively communicate that knowledge in order to accomplish the expected results.
Knowledge of emergency and disaster processes
Demonstrative leadership qualities and a history of successfully integrating teams.
Must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for transportation.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Advance degree in Nursing, BSN, MSN or similar advanced degree.
