Monitor applicable standards for modifications, addendums and updates that may impact certifications/approvals for Roxtec products. Serve as liaison to testing facilities and certifying organizations. Schedule and witness tests of Roxtec products by appropriate testing facilities. Develop and implement procedures for testing and certifying Roxtec products. Participate in analyzing product deficiencies and production problems and initiating corrective Engineering Change Requests (ECRs). Execute Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). Develop and deliver new employee onboarding training. Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers. Ability to travel up to 35% of the time Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, chemical, fire protection, or electrical engineering or equivalent experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk. Experience in product testing/certification preferred. Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) preferred. Experience in international projects and cross-cultural communication preferred.
