Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for domestic and international payments (ACH, SWIFT, Fedwire, SEPA, CHAPS, RTP, etc.). Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or banking domain, with a focus on Payments or Wire Transfers. Strong knowledge of payment rails (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, RTP, SEPA, ACH). Experience with ISO 20022 message formats and payment processing standards. Understanding of payment life cycle, settlement processes, and reconciliation. Exposure to Treasury systems, Core Banking, or Payment Hubs. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (preferred). Familiarity with API integrations and FinTech payment platforms (a plus). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field. As the QA Document Control Associate, you will support Quality Assurance (QA) activities. Activities include but are not limited to: Maintenance and organization of the Central File system, Issuance of documents, Review and Release of Batch Records, and Support of MasterControl tasks (such as Document Collaborations). All in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and 21 CFR 210/211. Essential Functions: Generation and Issuance of controlled documents, including but not limited to Batch Record documents/forms, specification, and logbooks. Review of lot specific documentation for Batch Production Records (including raw data, batch record associated pages, release specifications, and test results) to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance to ensure prompt batch disposition and release. Confirm disposition of batch-associated nonconformances and quality events prior to batch release. Identification and routing of documents (both paper and electronic) for corrections in cases of missing or incorrect documentation. Work with company personnel to correct any mistakes identified during review. Use ERP system to select the proper disposition of individual batches and notification of availability for distribution. Generation of controlled labels utilized throughout the manufacturing and packaging process. Review of logbooks, as needed. Maintain and control the Central File system utilized for the storage of all paper-based documents needed for retention. Maintain department for readiness for internal and external audits. Retrieval of documents from filing systems during times of internal or external audits. Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for team on food safety and enforce sanitation accountability. Team Collaboration, Leadership & Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and investigate customer complaints Assist team members, adapt to operational changes, and contribute to productivity, safety, and quality goals. Provide backup coverage for multiple roles, share knowledge with peers, and support training. Assist with SOP development and training. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. Technical & Mechanical Skills: Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and advise on minor adjustments to formulas or processes. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve quality irregularities. Proficiency in SAP, hand scanners, and basic math skills.
