Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of hands-on industry experience as an SDET or strong Test Automation Engineer. Ability to design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, and performance testing. Proficiency in developing robust test frameworks and utilities in Python. Experience in microservices architecture and API testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams. Proven track record of proactively driving initiatives, taking ownership of projects, and independently identifying and implementing improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling complex challenges. Preferred skills: Experience in data analysis, applying statistical methods, and visualizing results (Pytest, NumPy, Pandas, matplotlib, plotly, seaborn).
