Support users, divisions, and guide suppliers through the enablement process. Collect and manage supplier contact information to facilitate the enablement process. Provide BAU (Business As Usual) support for Procure-to-Pay program or Supplier transaction issues (as needed) that arise in Op Cos where Coupa is already implemented Own and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support onboarding processes. Understanding of fundamental principles of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), including spend and commodity taxonomies, requisitioning, PO generation, receiving, matching, invoice processing, and disbursement. Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on supplier enablement and transaction leading practices. Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or SAP SRM as a heavy end user, implementer, invoice processor, or buyer.
