Ability to think critically and creatively Strong written and verbal communication skills Actively communicates a positive, outgoing approach to Quality Assurance Able to give and accept positive as well as constructive feedback Ability to handle high pressure situations and prioritize multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications Coding and programming experience Knowledge and understanding of the Disney Brand Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience Experience working in Agile Proficient with Jira or similar bug tracking database Experience with Charles Proxy, and Windows Suite software is a plus Experience with Privacy Compliance Checks Proficient with Test Management software (e.g. TestRail, qTest, Jira Xray) The hiring range for this position in California is 49,800.00-$66,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
