i. Performance Testing
The Contractor will meet with project stakeholders as needed to gather requirements regarding the user action on the solutions for speed, capacity, stability, and scalability.
Based on the suggested user action, the Contractor will perform the following tasks and provide documentation:
Identify the performance-critical scenarios;
Record scripts;
Parameterize scripts to vary user input data;
Identify information that needs to be gathered for load testing;
Load test the application;
Analyze the data captured during the test to make sure the application meets performance requirements; and
Provide Performance Test Results Summary.
ii. Accessibility Testing
The Contractor will collaborate with CCHCS stakeholders to perform research, analysis, and testing to ensure applications are compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Contractor must possess an understanding and working knowledge of web applications, analysis of technical documentation, testing techniques, and have experience using various accessibility software tools such as Job Access with Speech (JAWS) and Non-Visual Desktop Access (NVDA) to evaluate application accessibility compliance as part of the overall Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The Contractor will perform the following tasks and provide documentation as approved by the CCHCS stakeholders:
Perform initial accessibility testing and any follow-up testing;
Document accessibility reports & accessibility remediation/exception defects; and
Work with other system testers and developers to ensure any accessibility deficiencies are mitigated or resolved
b. Interface Testing
