The Sr. Specialist, Quality Assurance is a key role in meeting the quality policy through their management of the different quality systems, including production records and deviation system management. The Sr. Specialist will support complex problem-solving initiatives and help drive continuous improvement at the site. This position is expected to coach / develop site personnel and improve overall execution within the quality systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the quality systems, including deviations, change control, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), validation, and document management. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer with expertise in structural component testing and reliability testing of mechanical and electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of complex test programs to validate the performance, durability, and safety of components and systems under various operating conditions. This position plays a key role in ensuring product integrity, compliance with industry standards, and long-term field reliability. Key Responsibilities: Lead structural and reliability testing efforts for mechanical and electromechanical components and systems, including test planning, setup, execution, data analysis, and reporting.
