As a Business/systems Analyst supporting Supply Chain initiatives, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making through technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and optimize supply chain processes, leveraging Blue Yonder SIOP.
In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs, translate them into system requirements, and support the delivery of scalable solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Analyze and document current-state supply chain processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Blue Yonder SIOP.
Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance system utilization, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of supply chain master data through regular audits, maintenance, and optimization.
Query and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to design scalable, integrated solutions aligned with business goals.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and design artifacts.
Develop test scenarios, execute system testing, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve system-related issues in collaboration with business and technical teams.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including SOX.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a Business or Systems Analyst role with a focus on supply chain systems.
Advanced knowledge of Blue Yonder planning solutions , including configuration and architecture.
Expertise in at least 2-3 Blue Yonder modules such as Demand Planning, Enterprise Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
Strong understanding of Blue Yonder data structures and integration with ERP and Data Warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Alteryx and BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
Skilled in writing test scenarios, creating acceptance criteria, and leading UAT.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams toward best practices in system usage and process improvement.
Nice to have :
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

The Fulfillment Quality Assurance ensures order accuracy and product quality by conducting routine and random inspections of picked, packed, and shipped items within the warehouse or distribution center. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Monday - Friday 7:00AM- 3:30PM

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform spot checks on outbound customer orders to verify contents, quantities, labeling, packaging, quality and accuracy before shipment.
Review all inbound materials to ensure proper receipt of materials, correct quantities, accurate storage placement, and acceptable product condition.
Audit inventory by matching physical counts to system records, research any variances, identify contributing factors, and document all results for process improvement.
Audit invoices, packing slips, and shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to billing or shipment.
Communicate identified errors to fulfillment staff and provide guidance, corrective actions, and follow-up to prevent future issues.
Maintain records of all inspections, audits, and discrepancies; report metrics (error rates, corrective actions) to fulfillment/warehouse management.
Maintain compliance with safety guidelines while partnering with leadership to design and refine new safety procedures.
Assist with full-cycle inventory counts, cycle counts, and pallet audits as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Perform tester checkout on completed ICT fixtures performing and supporting debug and rework of fixtures which do not pass on the ICT platform
Write and debug test programs and/or create basic test files for Keysight/Agilent 3070, GenRad 228X, and various Teradyne ICT platforms
Interface with account managers and/or customers to acquire the latest test software for test fixture checkout and provide technical support for customers utilizing Company developed hardware and/or software
Track defect rates for product tested on the ICT platforms by documenting them in the NCR database and work proactively with the production team to reduce defects and improve yield
Perform installation and debug of ICT fixtures at customer sites
Provide maintenance and debug support for ICT platforms.
Education and Experience Required of the Test Engineer:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a test engineering environment
Experience developing test files for Keysight/Agilent 3070, GenRad 228X, and various Teradyne ICT platforms
5 years of experience working in an electromechanical manufacturing environment
Experience modifying customer-provided software to perform tester checkout
Experience writing and debugging ICT software
Experience performing customer installation and debug
Functional test experience utilizing NI LabVIEW is preferred.

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated
Quality Assurance Specialist
to join our growing dynamic team. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for quality inspections of Medical Cannabis products and monitoring the processes and procedures in the medical cannabis manufacturing operation. This individual will be required to follow set processes and ensure adherence to state regulations, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and other product quality standards. The Quality Assurance Specialist will assists in aligning the company with all state, federal and 3rd party requirements. Compliance will work with QA to ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies and third-party audits. This role reports directly to the Quality Manager.
Highlighted Responsibilities
• Perform Quality Control inspections on products, equipment, processes and procedures.
• Ensure package integrity and accuracy.
• Responsible for monitoring product cannabis safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure all cannabis and cannabis containing products produced at the facility are properly tested in accordance with company and State procedures and guidelines, at appropriate frequencies, and meet specifications prior to release.
• Ensure testing data is appropriately recorded and maintained.
• Responsible for performing verification on equipment and other areas required.
• Responsible for ensuring the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation completed by staff.
• Ensures the correct guidelines for production are followed during operations.
• Ensures all employees are following all SOPs, Work Instructions and worker safety practices.
• Assist Quality Manager and/or Director of Quality and Product Safety with instructing employees on quality improvements and issues.

• Collect product samples for product development, lab retains and the laboratory when directed.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma required; must be at least 21 years old

• Ability to follow existing inventory/inspection procedures accurately

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Technical Learning
Experience: 7+ years' experience of test engineering; developing and executing test plans, selecting equipment to meet test criteria, and writing test reports. Experience directing the activities of junior engineers or technicians. Experience with domestic and international testing standards and compliance regulations, as well as an understanding of the networks and resources available to answer technical questions related to systems testing validation. Experience in Project engineering or related experience leading multi-discipline technical design teams or department or group management responsibility including functional oversight, budget and expense management and personnel performance management.
Licenses/Certifications: Obtain and maintain railroad safety training and credentials
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of business software including MS Office suite.
Collaborate with others to clarify requirements and develop solutions.
Individual has mastered and correctly applies test theory and scientific investigation processes. Individual has gained significant knowledge in machine subsystems, main systems, and machine operations. Individual has shown ability to successfully troubleshoot test equipment and setup.
