Key job responsibilities
Our kernel engineers collaborate across compiler, runtime, framework, and hardware teams to optimize machine learning workloads for our global customer base. The project needs someone to support our development team with QA testing, which is a key step in our feature deployment process. The Lead QA Tester will use their knowledge of Salesforce to test new creations and improvements from developers and collaborate with multiple internal partners to roll out new features. Experience with the CPQ module would also be a plus for ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities
Own and lead the entire QA lifecycle, from initial test strategy definition through final deployment sign-off
Define the exact scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
Design, create, modify and execute test plans and tests for the validation of new Salesforce features at both system and user level and drive to improve QA processes and methodologies
Apply the appropriate test measurements and QA metrics during the testing phase and build custom QA reports for the engineering team
Collaborate with project and engineering leads during the testing and deployment phases to ensure proper tool functionality during and after each release (dev and production instances): update project tracking records and inform project leads of QA results in a timely manner, identify issues and/or risks and work with engineering team to identify root cause of issues found
Utilize testing and development best practices, patterns, and processes to continuously improve testing operations and quality of new feature releases
Requirements
BA or BS degree with 2+ years of experience or relevant experience
Advanced SFDC troubleshooting experience
QA/ Technical testing experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven mastery of asynchronous communication and coordinating work across global time zones
High level of self-management, organization, and professional etiquette required for a remote work setting
Preferred Qualifications
SFDC admin experience
SFDC CPQ Module experience
Experience testing with Agile releases
Familiarity with ticket management systems like JIRA
