    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Lead to take full ownership of testing activities for a major CRM migration from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM. This role will drive end-to-end test planning, execution, triage, and continuous improvement across multiple business and technical workstreams. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep experience in complex test programs, and a background in Life Sciences or regulated environments. Role Purpose Own the delivery of the finalized test strategy and test plan for a multi-workstream CRM migration initiative. Key Responsibilities Test Strategy Ownership & Execution Serve as the primary owner of the end-to-end test strategy and plan. Operational Leadership Coordinate business, application, interface, and IT testing activities across workstreams. Lead daily test execution and progress tracking.
