What You'll do
The IT Business Systems Analyst supports Rural King's enterprise applications ecosystem-focusing on Oracle ERP and Merchandising platforms-to ensure seamless business operations across buying, inventory, finance, and store execution functions. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to translate operational needs into system solutions, improve business processes, and drive adoption of new functionality within Rural King's Oracle Retail suite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with Merchandising, Inventory, Finance, and Store Operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions within Oracle ERP and Merchandising modules (e.g., MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN).
Lead discussions on business process improvements, data flow optimization, and functional design to ensure alignment between business needs and Oracle capabilities.
Create and maintain clear documentation-functional designs, process flows, user guides, and training materials-for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in and support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate business processes and ensure successful implementation of new features or patches.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues across Oracle Retail integrations, working closely with AMS, Oracle Support, and internal development teams.
Support and enhance reporting needs by compiling and interpreting data for senior leadership, ensuring business insights are accurate and actionable.
Stay current on Oracle Retail updates, release notes, and emerging technologies to recommend new functionality and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure adherence to IT standards, governance, and change control procedures.
Provide training and end-user support to drive adoption and self-sufficiency across business groups.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting business applications within a retail or enterprise environment.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail or Oracle ERP Cloud applications (MFCS, SIOCS, ReSA, ReIM, CFIN, or related systems) strongly preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills:

Major Function

The PSA will provide counsel and advice to State Accounting leadership for procedures, policies, best practices, and other items to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of testing. The incumbent will provide leadership, mentorship, direction, and support for assigned projects to the SASA team, which may include regular Software as a Service (SaaS) updates (containers), internal defects, and enhancement testing. The Material Test Engineer will own the complete material testing value stream, managing the creation, shipping, and testing of materials testing performed internally & externally to the company. This role is responsible for testing composite materials at the coupon, element, subcomponent, and component levels. This role will also be expected to manage test schedules, test reports, and lab resources as needed
Your Mission
Determine the materials testing processes / procedure for all in-coming, in-process, offal, and NC testing requirements
Manage the material testing value stream, ensuring standardization of approach, documentation, and results archiving
Perform development tests, create and develop technical documentation, establish technical specifications, and manufacturing procedures for launcher structures and other related space products
Perform sample preparation and support the production team in creation of manufacturing routings and planning for material testing
Support material characterizations and support the structural design of space structures
Manage external suppliers to ensure material testing is conducted in-line with internal specifications and results are delivered on-plan as per the Integrated Master Schedule
Responsible for the establishment of the new equipment installation, verification, acceptance, and long term calibration, collaborate with the Materials & Process group for equivalency investigations
Supports wider Materials & Process group in all material-based improvements related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People.
Your Story
B.S. in Materials Science / Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
3+ Years of directly related experience in mechanical, thermal, and/or physical testing
Previous experience instrumenting hardware and utilizing digital acquisition (DAQ) systems for capturing various instrumentation data (load cells, thermocouples, strain gauges, digital image correlation (DIC), accelerometers, pressure sensors, etc) and analyzing this data
Previous experience in overseeing and coordinating production activities in a production environment
Excellent Program Management Skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate and cooperative performer that puts team success first
Good organizational and coordination skills
Formal Project Management experience / certification, preferred
Solid understanding of failure modes, load distribution, stress calculations, etc and how this relates to testing is preferred
Experience with mechanical testing at the element, subcomponent and component levels is preferred
Aerospace, and or Carbon Fiber Composite (Sandwich, Laminate) Industry standard testing experience is preferred
