The Medical Assistant- COVID-19 Tester is responsible for assessing symptoms, conducting swabbing, safely and properly handling lab materials, gathering and inputting patient information, delivering test results and following all public health reporting requirements at the drive-up COVID-19 testing site. Job Responsibilities: Provide efficient and effective patient care according to adopted clinical standards Facilitate COVID-19 screening and swabbing in an outdoor drive-up setting Perform testing to include sample collection using proper swabbing technique Perform Temperature Checks (infrared thermometers) and pulse ox readings Provides collection education to participants while maintaining their privacy Performs non-clinical duties to support ongoing daily testing operational requirements or as assigned Assists with testing quality control requirements Disseminate information about COVID-19 (as instructed by provider) Keeps testing supplies stocked with adequate supply levels based on prescheduled requirements Follows HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality Meets all safety and regulatory requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Be familiar with applicable ASME Performance Test Codes. Be familiar with, maintain and improve applicable the company standard operating procedures, work instructions and guidelines. Create and maintain standard performance testing methods and procedures, including tools to analyze data, calculate test results, diagnose testing issues and develop corrective actions or recommendations. During project proposal and contracting phase: Review customers specifications and provide exceptions and clarifications, if any. Establish the costs required to conduct the testing, including direct labor cost. Identify the risks and mitigations associated with the testing, if any. During project execution phase, ensure that the equipment performance testing is prepared and conducted safely, in accordance with the contractual requirements at minimum cost and labor hours. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze device specifications, customer Source Control Drawings (SCD's), Standard Military Drawings (SMD's), and other pertinent documentation to determine which test platforms and / or equipment should be used to best process a particular product through the Test and Burn-In departments and to devise practical, cost effective solutions for full compliance to all electrical test requirements; Review all appropriate documentation to provide thorough quote information to the Sales department of the engineering efforts required, including any needed NRE's, to process potential business; Define, develop, debug, and implement all major elements of electrical test programs for specific device types utilizing high-speed ATE and compliant test methodologies; Identify and develop alternate sources for test services and software to include the specification of requirements, vendor qualification, RFQ review, and software certification; Generate written documentation to include test hardware schematics, engineering drawings, standards, specifications, data analysis, and technical reports. Produce all pertinent test kit documentation and peer review the documentation of other engineers; Work independently on small or moderately complex test engineering projects or assist on large complex test engineering projects; Design and develop moderate to complex factory test equipment, fixtures, and hardware interfaces. Coordinate programming of automatic factory test equipment and the checkouts of test programs for both completeness and accuracy; Conduct experimental investigations as to test methodologies, test fixture design and development, product yield improvement, process quality controls, etc. Analyze experiment results and initiate / implement solutions; Provide technical analysis of internal, vendor, or customer related product issues. Participate in the resolution of any issues found; Communicate with customers relative to the completeness, repeatability, and accuracy of test programs. Review apparent issues and propose solutions if needed; Assist with routine calibration, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs of the ATE systems; The incumbent is expected to be constantly aware of the economics of the business and competitors, devoting efforts to control costs within allocations and reducing costs wherever feasible; Other Duties & Responsibilities: Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Physical Science from a fully accredited college or university, or Professional Engineering registration, or an equivalent amount of practical education and experience; Minimum of two years of experience with the electrical testing of integrated circuits in a Product Engineering, or Test Engineering role; Minimum one year experience programming applicable ATE or equivalent test experience; Demonstrated understanding of device parameters, test philosophy, and methods; Ability to work on multiple projects and positively adjust to priority changes within a dynamic work environment; Ability to furnish technical guidance to lower classified personnel including test operators, technicians, and lower coded engineers; Possess a strong programming aptitude, solid understanding of many digital, linear, mixed-signal, memory, and discrete device parameters, and test methodologies used in their measurement. JOB OVERVIEW: The QA/QC Inspector ensures that all construction installations comply with Wire 3's safety and quality management standards. This role supports overall project quality control, verifies completed work, and ensures compliance with company specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify units placed by both internal and external OSP placing crews. Identify and address construction installations that do not meet Wire 3 specifications. Review drawings and finalize as-builts for final records. Communicate project risks to the Construction Manager as they arise. Assist in implementing project and program plans as assigned. Work closely with Field Supervisors to assess completion and inspection-ready segments. Provide documentation, reports, and updates to Regional Management as directed. Utilize company tracking systems to report crew productivity and weekly job progress. REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality control issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required.
