Role and Responsibilities:
Support collaborative supply chain management (SCM) planning process by managing and improving system-based tools. Interface with key customer contacts during weekly planning meetings, and as needed.

Job Description
What Do We Need?
We are looking for an extremely bright, experienced QA engineer that is self-driven and able to investigate products, environments and associated systems independently. Our product is extremely sophisticated, with a metadata layer allowing for customer-specific data schemas and custom objects, real-time object serialization and an SOA architecture that allows for deep integration/customer via the API. We need a quality assuranceanalyst that can help ensure consistent quality/performance of our product.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size.
• Responsible for logging and tracking defects to ensure the quality of the product offerings.
• Will perform manual automated UI testing in a SaaS environment on each release prior to deploying software into production.
• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
• Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3-5 years of software QA experience
• Strong understanding of SaaS / Multitenant delivery model and inherent challenges with QA
• Experience with Agile software development methodology, particularly Scrum
• Experience integrating automated testing into an environment relying heavily on Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment and related tools
• Experience writing test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and doing risk analysis prior to product releases
• Experience with load testing and related tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working with at least one scripting or programming language (Javascript / Powershell/NET preferred)
• Comfortable working with Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android and all browser flavors
• Strong knowledge of Internet technologies like HTTP, HTML and Javascript
• Tools our engineering team uses:

Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Engineer responds effectively to customer OEM issues by arranging the appropriate personnel or through specialized training. Contributes to the development and implementation of best practices in quality strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to enhance operational performance. Follows up on and implement corrective actions for internal quality issues, occasionally extending responsibility to customer quality concerns.
Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
Conduct initial investigations of all returned parts.
Analyze OEM quality issues and generate NCR reports for sharing.
Follow parts through the investigation process at the customer site via G1 steering members.
Create and update investigation reports, including 8D reports.
Lead customer meetings and provide professional service.
Address customer needs through OEM systems (Chargeback, SCAR, SPPS, QR).
Utilize Performance Test Stands to evaluate steering gear performance features.
Generate weekly reports analyzing OEM quality trends, quality costs, and investigation updates for upper management.
Develop monthly reports for upper management meetings, analyzing OEM quality trends, claim costs, and investigation updates.
Input data into internal tracking spreadsheets and systems.
Manage PPAP submissions and 4M/EO changes.
Initiate and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) through closure.
Organize and lead all customer meetings (daily, weekly, monthly).
Conduct deep-dive investigations with customers globally (US, China, Korea).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Less than one year of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
Skills and Competencies:
Understanding of manufacturing quality management principles.
Ability to analyze product failure types.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Technical Competencies:
Proficiency in Quality Computerized Systems (Customer Portal, Mando).
Understanding of GD&T and drawing interpretation.
