You can expect to:Participate in live Assurance and soft-skills training with members of our Learning and Development team Research basic and intermediate accounting topics and present more senior members with your proposed solution Develop and apply an intermediate knowledge of auditing theory and a sense of audit skepticism Identify key issues and work with more senior team members to come up with an audit approach Contribute ideas/opinions to the engagement teams Connect key testing areas to the financial statement line items and ensure figures are properly supported Collaborate with clients, working hand in hand to deliver a quality product within the client's time frame Perform direct auditing work on key financial statement line items such as Cash, Accounts Payable, and Inventory

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receives food products and performs Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) check using internal tracking recording methods. Ensures food products and supplies from vendors meet quality, accuracy standards and verifies count of items received. Alerts management of poor quality, temperature issues, substitutions, shortages and overages. Identifies and routes items for delivery to final storage locations.

2. Maintains inventory of food products and supplies according to required par levels and established schedules. Ensures all products are stored and rotated according to FIFO (First In, First Out). Monitors expiration dates and disposes of expired items. Places orders for food products and supplies per BCH process and procedure.

3. Maintains logs, records and documentation related to various disbursement steps including; receipt, delivery and distribution of materials and maintenance of equipment. Records information according to established procedures.

4. Maintains compliance with BCH Environment of Care standards and assures constant state of regulatory readiness for Joint Commission, Fire Department, Board of Health and other regulatory inspections. Ensures work area is neat and orderly and free of fire and safety hazards.

5. Furthers knowledge and skills through attendance and participation at conferences, seminars and in service programs.

Certification/Registration Preferred: Serve Safe certification

Required Education: High School Diploma / GED

Required Work Experience: One year of work experience in a warehousing/stock management setting.

Preferred Work Experience: Experience utilizing forklifts is preferred.

Physical Requirements

1. Frequent lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

2. Regular stooping and bending.

3. Regular reaching and grasping objects below shoulder level, frequently reaching and grasping objects at shoulder level and frequently reaching and grasping objects above shoulder level.

5. Regular grasping and fine manipulation with hands.

Job Overview:
Macy's ICQA Troubleshooters perform all functions related to problem solving techniques to correct inventory and operational issues while ensuring facility financial and unit inventory integrity is maintained.

Essential Functions:

• Physically count, move boxes and use lifts to accurately perform cycle counts of warehouse items.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide consistent feedback on inventory issues to Supervisor and/or management.
• Research and locate missing product.
• Completion of the daily task list.
• Assist in training new hires in department processes.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years related experience
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team
• Must be proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, depth perception and color vision
• Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties, including handheld electronic equipment.

Supply Chain Only and Colleagues Working in a Supply Chain Facility except in locations governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement:

Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll. Colleagues will be randomly selected for testing by a third party. Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed of selection for testing, absent extenuating circumstances. In all circumstances, testing must be completed within 24 hours of notification.
