Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Receives food products and performs Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) check using internal tracking recording methods. Ensures food products and supplies from vendors meet quality, accuracy standards and verifies count of items received. Alerts management of poor quality, temperature issues, substitutions, shortages and overages. Identifies and routes items for delivery to final storage locations.
2. Maintains inventory of food products and supplies according to required par levels and established schedules. Ensures all products are stored and rotated according to FIFO (First In, First Out). Monitors expiration dates and disposes of expired items. Places orders for food products and supplies per BCH process and procedure.
3. Maintains logs, records and documentation related to various disbursement steps including; receipt, delivery and distribution of materials and maintenance of equipment. Records information according to established procedures.
4. Maintains compliance with BCH Environment of Care standards and assures constant state of regulatory readiness for Joint Commission, Fire Department, Board of Health and other regulatory inspections. Ensures work area is neat and orderly and free of fire and safety hazards.
5. Furthers knowledge and skills through attendance and participation at conferences, seminars and in service programs.

Job Overview:
Macy's ICQA Troubleshooters perform all functions related to problem solving techniques to correct inventory and operational issues while ensuring facility financial and unit inventory integrity is maintained.
