- Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree in business, education, public administration/policy, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years professional work experience in quality assurance and monitoring experience
- Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience; management of cross functional teams (preferred)
- Data Collection and Analysis experience necessary to write factual reports based on data collected in field.
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory rules and regulations
- Experience with contract review

Willingness and ability to travel to all center locations and able to work a flexible schedule. Must pass a criminal background check and a drug screen. COVID-19 Full Vaccination is required as well as weekly testing for COVID-19 and its variants.
