Essential Tasks (minimum requirements) to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:

Perform quality control reviews of ROIs, attachments, Case Assignment Sheets, previously reviewed ROIs, and material uploaded by investigators (ROIs, attachments, field notes, etc.).

Conduct training on negative quality trends identified during reviews at the direction of their supervisor and in coordination with the Training Department.
Track and log agency quality reviews.
Support the development and dissemination of quality review guidance and other training material.
Maintain a working knowledge of Roadrunner.
Quickly troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Maintain professional, courteous relationships with contract team members, supervisors, the director, investigators and all other ADC LTD NM employees and contractors.
Requests training as needed from their supervisor or ADC LTD NM Training Department.

Serves as program advisory lead for extremely time critical technical projects, test projects, or tasks requiring appropriate level technical and project management expertise.
Coordinates and facilitates with internal and external stakeholders to identify and verify program needs and develop solutions and timelines to meet project goals.
Assists acquisition planning, market research, and drafting technical requirements and documents.
Helps the government assess the technical sufficiency, cost, quality, and timely delivery of program deliverables.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Clearance: TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility, and willingness to sit for a CI Poly

Years of Experience: Minimum fifteen (15) years DoD/IC, or relevant industry work experience.No less than five (5) year's total SAP and/or SCI environment experience and 2-year total within last 5 years.

Coordinates with external agencies to include operational units, higher headquarters, Combatant Command (COCOM) staffs, other acquisition activities, and research and development functions. This will include producing, tracking, coordinating all agreements and documentation necessary for SpRCO systems to transition seamlessly into a framework for organizing, training, and equipping the United States Space Force.
Supports and advises acquisition and program management functions, advises government management on design challenges, delivery, and integration, and supports system program reviews.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Clearance: TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility, and willingness to sit for a CI Poly
Education: Relevant MA/MS/ME Degree from a program accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
Years of Experience: Minimum fifteen (15) years DoD/IC, or relevant industry work experience.No less than five (5) year's total SAP and/or SCI environment experience and 2-year total within last 5 years.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA)
Proven experience and/or qualifications in testing satellite systems
Understanding of operational environment and corresponding mission user needs
Knowledge of space system engineering, development, and manufacturing
Experience with Developmental Test or Operational Test at Service or Command level
