Job Summary
Looking for a QA Lead to build and own the QA function from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity to define how quality is ensured across an AI-driven product used by enterprise customers.
You will work closely with engineering and product to establish QA processes, embed quality practices into delivery workflows, and ensure a high bar for reliability as the platform scales.
This role is process- and outcomes-focused rather than code-heavy or people-management-driven.
Responsibilities
Design and implement the entire QA strategy from scratch
Define QA processes, standards, and policies aligned with a fast-moving AI product
Embed QA practices within engineering domains (QA as part of the team, not a silo)
Own test planning, execution, and release readiness
Partner with engineers and product on requirements validation and acceptance criteria
Identify opportunities for automation and intelligent testing approaches over time
Ensure quality across: AI workflows & prompt-driven features, UI/UX flows and wizards, Analytics and intelligence components, Continuously evolve QA practices as the product and team scale.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
Proven experience leading or owning QA processes end-to-end
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and release management.

As a critical member of the performance technologies quality assurance (QA) team, the Senior QA Engineer is responsible for creating automated software test scenarios in an agile environment for functional, regression, and performance tests for web and mobile based applications. The Senior QA Engineer will validate user interfaces of products built with various technological solutions and ensure the correctness of data flowing through each stage of the product process. Applying strong technical and communication skills, the Senior QA Engineer will collaborate with other QA team members, developers, and business partners while providing testing support throughout the entire development life cycle, in order to deliver high quality products to our partners.
This role may be based out of EAB's Washington, DC office; Richmond, VA office; or open to remote work within the continental U.S.

Primary Responsibilities
Participate and provide input on features, story requirements, design, estimation, and automation test approach discussions
Own the creation and ongoing maintenance of test automation artifacts
Strong experience of automation testing tools/frameworks (Cucumber, Behave, Jmeter); experience building an automation framework
Collaborate with the QA team, development team, and business partners to ensure the scope of tests is comprehensive and aligned with team's quality goals.
Experience with identifying defects and overall defect management using QA tools
Experience collaborating across onsite/offshore teams and managing automation expectations including owning automation QA sign offs for feature releases and frequent patch releases
Demonstrate programming skills and proven experience in Python or Java
Provide input during key sprint team review sessions (e.g., iteration kickoff/retrospectives, release readiness, etc.)
Participate in QA process improvement initiatives and cross‑team/company activities
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of direct QA automation experience in a web or mobile development environment
Proven hands‑on experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave) and scripting in Ruby and Python
Proficiency in mobile automation and experience in creating cross‑platform test frameworks and maintaining test suites across Android and iOS

Compensation
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $85,500 - $115,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but are not limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.

Ensures the content, format, and professional appearance of the reports are of the highest quality and in compliance with company standards.

Verifies that the peer reviewer has attested to only the fact(s) and that no evidence of reviewer conflict of interest exists.
Ensures the provider credentials and signature are adhered to the final report.
Identifies any inconsistencies within the report and contacts the Peer Reviewer to obtain clarification, modification or correction as needed.
Assists in resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed.
Ensures all federal ERISA and/or state mandates are adhered to at all times.
Provides insight and direction to management on consultant quality, availability and compliance with all company policies and procedures and client specifications.
Promote effective and efficient utilization of company resources.
Participate in various educational and or training activities as required.

Qualifications
Active RN nursing license required.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred.

Position Description Summary:
Responsible for ensuring accurate centralized data capture. Responsible for performing product inspection and audits of quality control programs. Perform shipping distribution inspections, and sampling and testing operations. May assess draft and final label copy, utilizing knowledge of labeling regulations.
