The Electrical QA Inspector will support quality assurance and field inspection activities for a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing project in Manassas, Virginia. This role is responsible for verifying that all electrical installations meet project specifications, applicable codes, and semiconductor industry standards in a mission-critical manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on electrical construction experience, strong quality and inspection expertise, and prior exposure to high-volume semiconductor fabs. A licensed Electrical Journeyman is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Perform field inspections of electrical installations including medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems, switchgear, substations, MCCs, panels, UPS systems, grounding, and bonding.
Verify electrical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, NEC, NFPA, and client quality standards.
Inspect conduit, cable tray, feeder and branch circuit installations, terminations, labeling, and equipment setting.
Review electrical work for workmanship, material compliance, and adherence to semiconductor cleanroom and safety requirements.
Participate in system walkdowns, pre-energization inspections, and turnover readiness reviews.
Document inspection results, deficiencies, and corrective actions through QA reports and punch lists.
Coordinate closely with construction teams, superintendents, commissioning agents, and client representatives to resolve quality issues.
Support testing and commissioning activities including megger testing, grounding continuity, and functional verification as required.
Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, inspection checklists, and turnover records.
Enforce site safety standards and stop-work authority when unsafe or non-compliant conditions are identified.
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in electrical construction, inspection, or QA/QC roles within semiconductor or mission-critical facilities.
Active Electrical Journeyman license strongly preferred.
Prior experience on large semiconductor projects or at major fabs such as Micron, Intel, Samsung, and/or TSMC highly desired.
Strong working knowledge of NEC, NFPA-70E, and semiconductor facility electrical standards.
Experience inspecting medium-voltage systems, cleanroom power infrastructure, and critical electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, specifications, and installation standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly document findings and corrective actions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Position Summary:

The QA inspector will collaborate closely with government project managers, fellow contractor team members, and design professionals as part of an integrated construction management program. Responsibilities:
Provides mechanical, electrical, or plumbing-focused quality assurance inspections as part of the Quality Assurance program.
Possesses advanced trade knowledge and demonstrates applied expertise in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Three Phase inspection protocol.
Proactively assists the Government in conducting site evaluations, field surveys, and constructability assessments to validate compliance with design requirements, technical specifications, and applicable building codes.
Verifies that the construction contractor has implemented an effective Quality Control (QC) plan and that daily work meets contract requirements, safety standards, and approved submittals.
Applies specialized knowledge of MEP systems-including plumbing, HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and building automation systems-to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions during inspections.

Required Qualifications:
BS in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering with 10+ years of construction management and/or general foreman for that trade experience OR Master Plumber OR Master Electrician OR Education my be substituted for 15+ years of mechanical, electrical or plumbing experience as a construction foreman OR clearly demonstrate detailed subject matter expertise in their field of specialty. Subject Matter Expertise could be demonstrated by 2 or more years of high-performance supporting WHS or an equivalent federal program.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with at least 3 years residence in the US.

Position Overview
Ensure and assist with site-specific quality compliance according to Strive Pharmacy SOPs & specifications; quality review of documents, label control, assist with release activities and product inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Perform product inspection for defects, leaks, and particulates

About the Job
The Quality Inspector ensures that all products and processes meet established quality standards, specifications, and compliance requirements. They are responsible for performing inspections at various stages of production, identifying defects or non-conformities, and documenting findings to drive continuous improvement. Duties & Responsibilities
Perform incoming / receiving inspections on all products to ensure that external, internal and dimensional aspects meet quality standards.

Adhere to calibrated tooling program by verifying all tools utilized in tasks are current and quarantining and submitting expired items for recalibration.
Review processing and inspection data for completeness of operations, accuracy of data, traceability of product and materials, and disposition of non-conforming product.
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of quality programs as required.
Identify, quarantine and report any work that does not quality requirements.
Assist with the tracking of non-conformance reports, and corrective / preventative actions.
Collaborates with the quality and production departments to determine approaches and methods to improve overall quality of work.
Interpret and check work instructions and assembly prints, both hard copy and digital for completeness and errors.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of QA Inspection experience, preferably on electro-mechanical assemblies.
Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings along with electronic circuit board assembly drawings and procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good or corrected eyesight for visual inspection.
Organized work habits and attention to detail.
Experience with working in an ESD environment.
Experience with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 preferred.
