GovCIO is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform while ensuring high-quality system performance through structured Quality Assurance (QA) practices. Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Administration:
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including core modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Request, and Knowledge).
Develop and implement custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
Manage user roles, access controls, and permissions to ensure appropriate data security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Monitor platform health, performance, and compliance with ITIL best practices.
Conduct regular platform audits and implement updates, patches, and upgrades.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and APIs as needed.
Quality Assurance (QA):
Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and scenarios for validating ServiceNow functionality.
Perform regression testing for new releases, enhancements, and patches.
Conduct functional and end-to-end testing of workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations.
Identify and document bugs or issues and coordinate with developers for resolution.
Ensure changes follow the established change control processes and meet QA standards.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders and end-users.
Maintain QA documentation, including test plans, execution results, and defect logs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
6+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
Experience with ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and flow designer.
Understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Experience with QA processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., test case management, defect tracking).

About this Position / Responsibilities
NFF is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for one of our premier DC customers. The QA Tester will test applications to meet the project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives.This will include requirements review/analysis, creating test cases, test caseexecution and creating defects for the new or updated software applications. The candidate must have technical proficiency for testing Software Applications along with proficiency in Jira. Candidates should be able to participate in the entire development lifecycle from design through deployment. The candidate must also be able to perform requirements review, write test cases, automate test cases, execute test cases,and create defects as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing Software Application Testing of customized solutions within the software platform to support critical businessfunctions and meet the project objectives, client use requirements and company goals.
* Write automated test scripts based on the UserStories and develop a methodology
* Knowledge of the database understanding and schemas to validate the test results
* Knowledge in API testing and understanding thewireframes in Figma/XD
* Maintaining a flexible and proactive workenvironment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements andcustomer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
* Direct interaction with clients, managers, and end users is necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal and external instances.
* Automate test cases usingtest automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium, ACCELQ etc.).
* Use defect tracking tools JIRA and manage defect lifecycle.

* Required 6+ years' experience with Microfocus Test Tools ALM
* Required 6+ years' experience with Jira
* Required 10+ years' extensive experience in Testing Reports.
* Required 10+ years' experience with SQL skills to write SQLs to fetch data from PS tables, for validating table data and testing.
* Required 10+ years' experience communicating with project management, clients, and other developers to ensure effective collaboration throughout the testing phase.
* Required 10+ years' experience in the entiredevelopment lifecycle from design through deployment.
* Required 8+ years' experience to perform requirements review, write test cases, execute test cases, and create defects is essential.
* Required 6+ years' experience adapting functional business requirements/processes to technical solutions based upon enterprise application solution sets
* Required 6+ years' experience with one or more of following: investment analysis, data warehousing, e-commerce, ROI analysis, HR analysis, info dissemination
* Required 10+ years' experience with ERP management processes such as knowledge mgmt., supply chain mgmt., material mgmt., logistics, and procurement.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
