    We are seeking a Test Analyst to support our AI&T team to develop and support the end-to-end integration and test activities for complex defense systems. This role is responsible for executing multi-system build, integration, and verification phases, ensuring all hardware and software components meet design intent, performance requirements, and military standards. The Test Analyst will serve as the primary test design specialist within the AI&T team, interfacing directly with the AI&T Cross Product Team Lead, Test engineers, leadership, and government customers. Key Responsibilities Support the AI&T strategy from early planning through final system acceptance, ensuring compliance with program requirements and DoD standards. Design, develop, and apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and other statistical testing methodologies to maximize test coverage and efficiently explore the system's Author detailed, statistically sound documentation, including test plans, test objectives, test methodology, and evaluation criteria, ensuring compliance with Department of War (DoW) test and evaluation (T&E) processes. Supervise and support data collection of dry-run events and run for record Lead post-test data analysis reviews. Thorough operating knowledge of statistical programs such as JMP, SPSS, MATLAB, Python, and MS Excel: Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for integration and test anomalies. Assist in the development of performance reviews and stakeholder update meetings. Perform quality control reviews of ROIs, attachments, Case Assignment Sheets, previously reviewed ROIs, and material uploaded by investigators (ROIs, attachments, field notes, etc.).
