Reports to: Corporate Quality Manager or Current Department Head The Quality Assurance Specialist position is responsible for ensuring quality of manufactured goods in multiple departments from vendor delivered products to final finished product by continually assessing process and recommending improvements. Additionally, this position assists in the analysis, documentation, and reporting of products information as well as assisting in analysis of necessary changes or repairs to product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with manufacturing, process, and quality teams to establish processes and procedures that will ensure consistently high quality.
Conduct product testing specified by departments to ensure appropriate levels of quality is met and consistency between product is maintained.
Identify and report product defects and potential issues: suggest and determine resolution of issues.
Record and report issues to appropriate personal to ensure quality of product being distributed is accurate.
Coordinate with departments and assist in implementation of improvement processes for continued growth.
Run analysis reports to ensure metrics are being met; share findings with department heads; work with teams to implement solutions.
Assist in any necessary repairs of product to ensure highest quality is met.
Inspect finished product to specifications on blueprints. Prints may be located on an I-Pad, job order request forms, or in other formats as business unit grows and evolves.
Inspect both incoming materials and finished goods in multiple departments to ensure highest standards of quality are met.
Analyze, chart, and capture appropriate data and information for reporting and documentation purposes.
Monitor, inspect and verify that work processes are being followed as specified.
Train and teach team members the Satellite expectations for quality and customer expectations.
Communicate and trouble shoot with team members regarding quality.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Engineer. This role is responsible for designing and executing automated test strategies, auditing test results, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our software products. A key focus of this position is the development and integration of AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in intelligent automation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within Agile development teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
Design and implement automated test cases
Develop and manage AI-driven agents to optimize test execution, coverage, and efficiency
Audit and maintain automated test results and scripts
Perform performance, load, and stress testing
Identify, report, and track software bugs

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on test automation
Proven experience in performance, load, and stress testing of web/mobile-based applications
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or integrating AI agents for test automation workflows
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Testim (preferred), Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, or similar
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Qualifications and Skills
Strong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Testim, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, etc.
Ability to design and work with AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and coverage
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and software development life cycles
Experience with performance and stress testing tools
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, etc

Leads Supplier SREA changes, collects & reviews Supplier PPAP documentation with CFT members, review and analyze supplier performance for ongoing statistical controls to ensure the company's and customers quality requirements are met on assigned products and programs.

Lead projects to improve quality of processes, products, and components as a result of internal/external findings or customer complaints. Develop, implement and maintain full layout inspections from suppliers for all raw materials and CpK for all special characteristics, identify vital points and communicate to supplier to conform to Customer Specific Requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in related field with a minimum of three (3) years experience. Proficiency in use of ATS, SPC, FMEA, and knowledge of calipers, micrometers, CMM, Vision Systems, and other measuring equipment. (Preferably experience in automotive manufacturing environment)
Customer-service and detail orientation.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated leadership ability and ability to work as part of a team.
Proven QC technical skills (Capability Studies, APQP, PPAP).
Ability to read blueprints and measure parts.
Supervisory experience will include two years supervising technical personnel.
Must be proficient in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint. Some Access experience preferred.

Responsible for the direction and supervision of employees.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
