Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in a sterile manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and maintaining the highest levels of product quality and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sterile manufacturing, environmental monitoring, and quality documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality review and approval of deviations, investigations, batch records, protocols, and reports.
Conduct floor audits and inspections to ensure compliance with GDP and data integrity standards.
Support client and regulatory audits, providing documentation and insight as needed.
Oversee the release of support materials, products, equipment, and facilities.
Maintain and analyze quality databases; identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and revise SOPs and other quality documentation.
Provide training and consultation on quality and compliance topics.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all cGMP and company training requirements.
Actively contribute to the site's Quality Management Systems (QMS), including investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience Required
Demonstrated experience in GMP-regulated environments.
Preferred experience in environmental monitoring and critical utilities within sterile operations.
Strong understanding of GDP, data integrity, and quality assurance processes in manufacturing
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Take ownership of product specific Quality Management System processes, such as CAPAs and complaint management, across the organization to ensure compliance and drive efficiency.
Work cross-functionally to integrate products as a result of corporate and/or product acquisitions.
Work as a team member with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance to US and OUS standards and regulations.
Participate in the development of junior staff, as requested
Collect/monitor quality metrics in support of Management Review

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

**The work:**
Test Lead is responsible for the O&M and new Initiatives program Test Strategy and Plan. Responsible for leading testing activities across global team, using test automation tools, to maximize efficiency. Responsible to managing team to meet planned schedule and budget, with focus on continuous improvement.
Specifically:
+ Facilitate meetings and workshops, create a shared understanding with stakeholders, and engage team members to define testing goals, objectives and acceptance criteria
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large stories into features and user stories focusing on testability and completeness
+ Provide vision and direction for the testing processes, procedures, and adoption of automated testing best practices
+ Assist with ensuring all sprint plans include testing activities and maintain overall product quality.
**Here's what you need:**
+ Must have a minimum of 3 years' combined experience in testing and leading testing efforts
+ Must have hands on experience with test automation tools
+ Experience supervising teams of testers through all phases of testing.
+ Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Time and Attendance.
+ Active Secret clearance
**Bonus points if you have:**
+ Previous consulting experience and understanding customer/business needs
+ 508 compliance experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Quality Assurance (QA) department.
- Manage an effective quality assurance program that monitors and resolves issues before they become problems.
- Supervise the development and regular update of policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the need for and ensure the provision of necessary training for project personnel, providing up-to-date information on relevant programs, community resources, and options for consumers.
- Arrange staff training on a regular and ongoing basis. Ensure project training program meets all corporate requirements.
- Provide project leadership with updates on all issues regarding quality, operations, training, and policy and procedures.
- Provide leadership to all staff in the areas of quality improvement as it relates to process improvement, customer service and conflict resolution.
- Prepare reports and briefings for project leadership and review monthly and quarterly project status reports provided to the Department.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time as business need dictates.
- Lean Six Sigma experience with a minimum of Yellow Belt Certification required.
- Experience managing direct reports remotely required.
- Experience with designing, implementing and reporting customer satisfaction surveys required.
- Experience with standardized quality tools required.
- Experience with call and voice monitoring platforms required.
- Experience with a large-scale telephony system required.
- Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms required.
- Experience with contract compliance and quality platforms required.
- Experience with statistical processes required.

This role is a key point of coordination between the kitchen, guest service team, and drivers. The coordinator ensures all orders are reviewed, prioritized, and routed efficiently. They are accountable for expo station setup, store run coordination, POD completion, and packaging standards, and serve as the final quality assurance checkpoint.
