The Clinical Quality Analyst Coding position supports IPA (Independent Provider Association) Providers with ongoing ICD 10 CM Coding Education relating to Medicare Advantage - Risk Adjustment CMS Documentation & Coding Guidelines by providing tools to allow for greater meaningful information exchange to allow providers to identify potential new clinical conditions early, reinforce self-care and prevention strategies, coordinate care, improve overall patient outcomes. This position will be responsible for effectively training clinical documentation skills for complete reporting of medical diagnoses to build an accurate health profile for each individual member.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide coding and documentation improvement education and training to IPA (Independent Provider Association) providers consistent with network goals, objectives and best practices
Collaborate with organizational leaders to identify emerging needs and generate solutions
Serve as a Coding and Documentation resource to IPA Providers by performing concurrent reviews and targeted chart or HEDIS retrievals in provider offices
Coding audit findings, industry updates and common medical documentation issues will be communicated to providers to ensure CMS and Optum compliance guidelines
Will perform coding reviews through Internal System
Participate in the development and onboarding of various programs for IPA providers
Translate concepts into practice
Develop and implement effective analysis, research and evaluation of quality measures required for member demographic (Care of Older Adults (COA), Diagnostic and lab testing)
Develop and maintain working relationships with our clinic partners, including providers and their support staff in person
Ability to work with multiple internal and external partners at various levels of the organization
Adhere to project goals / milestones based on identified business needs / timelines, and obtain appropriate approvals
Adhere to established guidelines for formatting and templates
Functions as part of a collaborative, high functioning coding education team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and forge solid interpersonal relationships within the department, with other departments and with external audiences
Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
Solid aptitude for quickly troubleshooting and identifying the cause of questionable results within reports, provider documentation or charges submitted
This position requires an in-person presence in various provider offices routinely

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher
Coding Certification from AAPC or AHIMA professional coding association: (Example: CPC, CPC-H, CPC-P, RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, CRC etc.) or RN/LPN with ability to obtain coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC within 12 months of hire

Eurofins Built Environment Testing is searching for a Mold/Asbestos Analyst in Las Vegas, NV
The Analyst primarily performs analysis of bulk samples using PLM for asbestos, and analysis of non-culturable surface and air samples for fungi. Analyst prepares and analyzes environmental samples according to scientific methodology in compliance with company Quality Assurance programs and SOP's, and must be knowledgeable of both job-specific routine and complex analyses. The analyst validates and reviews data for accuracy, and enters laboratory data into the LIMS that ultimately generates required reports to clients. Schedules sample workload according to due dates and sample hold times, and must be knowledgeable of the job-specific laboratory testing equipment, requiring the exercise of discretion and judgment in its operation.
Prepare and analyze aerobiological and environmental samples for asbestos and fungi.
Accurately enters and reports analytical data using the LIMS
Performs independent data reviews for other analysts' work
Performs analysis of reference materials, proficiency samples and other quality control samples as needed
Maintains client service and provides technical support as needed
Assists the QA manager in development, implementation and data collection of QA processes for the different analytical tests
Performs confirmation of lab results as needed by client services personnel
Performs and completes all analytical testing and Quality Assurance related tasks as needed
Assists in pursuing, receiving and maintaining necessary laboratory accreditations
Maintains and updates all necessary Training and QA documents onsite as necessary

Job Duties:

Job Summary
In the role of Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the life of the product by interfacing within the APQP process and inspecting purchased and fabricated items for compliance with engineering standards. This includes, but is not limited to, utilizing all quality engineering tools such as 8-D's and PDCA for corrective actions, Layered Process Audits (LPA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to develop and continuously improve the processes, work instructions, and forms used in the QMS system for product quality.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Utilize the tools as defined in the AIAG measurement system analysis (MSA) to track product quality. This includes statistical process control (SPC), I-charts, and other methods for identifying quality opportunities that need to be addressed in the PFMEA's and control plans.
Champion layered process audit (LPA) functions for each process within the respective value stream. Will also need to perform LPAs as directed by various schedules.
Facilitate corrective action teams (8D, PDCA, 5-Why, or comparable) to address defective quality in all products within the value stream. Prepare additional documentation at the customer's request. Also, to ensure all internal and external communications are delivered in a timely manner.
Make initial quality decisions on a suspect product based on the design records, specifications, fit, form, and function of the product as well as the customer's requirements.
Develop and manage sorting procedures for suspect product, quality.
Work with manufacturing to develop standardized work instructions. Also, rework procedures for suspect product quality.
Lead all quality team members on the manufacturing floor to ensure product quality is continuously monitored.
Train team members as needed to ensure defect-free products leave the facility 100% of the time.
Develop and manage the dock audit program.
Knowledge and provide support for calibration programs, which include gauges, check fixtures, and other measuring devices.
Must adhere to all safety rules and company policies.
Must be able to work extended hours when required.
Experience and Education
B.S. degree in engineering, business, or equivalent related experience within a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive quality engineering.
Experience with ISO-9001 or IATF-16949.
Experience with the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
Customer interaction and portal experience.
Experience with the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
Computer literate to include Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work well with other people.
