Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering
Thermal/Heat Transfer Engineering
Agricultural Engineering (related to testing/thermal systems)
Or equivalent technical discipline
Experience
3+ years of testing, validation, or lab engineering experience in thermal systems or heat exchangers.
Experience with DVP&R interpretation and building test setups to meet customer requirements.
Hands-on experience with test rigs, durability tests, or cooling performance testing.
Experience leading technicians or managing lab operations preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermal management systems.

**What You Will Do (including but not limited to):**
As an Assembly and Test Specialist, you will continuously improve process efficiency by performing routine assembly and test of assemblies of our prime product. Training is paid and held during 1st shift for 4-6 weeks at the facility. Upon completion of the program, individuals will be responsible for:
* Assembling / testing, reworking and repairing machine components
* Operate test machines to test final drive assemblies
* Prepare prime products and attachments for shipping
* Performs required salvage operations in assembly areas as necessary
* Disassemble and reassemble complex assemblies to repair or replace damages component parts
* May operate remote control crane to specially equipped vehicles to transport prime product
**Basic Qualifications**

Expectations for team members not in the lead position) Has good knowledge of Testing processes, Testing tools, understands customer driven focus and independently manages own work with little oversight.
Assists Service Validation Test Lead in managing day to day system Test activities, regression and Implementation Test Activities Provide support to other Test Analysts in terms of functional knowledge of the application Provides Test environment requirements to Service Validation Test Lead.
Ensure compliance of Test processes Service Validation Test Analyst will work with various work efforts teams to understand the capabilities developed within a Release, understands strategic roadmap to create business scenario Test cases.
Works with various work efforts in mining Implementation Test Cases, Test data and planning for Implementation Testing.
Understands the application requirements and system design.
Create Test case data and execute Test cases Maintain Test artifacts Identify regression cases and automate Test cases Works effectively with offshore Test resources Communicates daily status and escalate any issues to Service Validation Test Lead Log, track, and verify defects Peer Review of Test artifacts
