Work with other RETS Managers and Supervisors located in CONUS and/or Kwajalein to develop the internal Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) aligned with Contract Performance Work Statement tasks. Assist the RETS workforce in establishing an aligned hierarch of quality documentation to include Plans, Manuals, Internal Operations Procedures, Work Instructions, desktop checklists, and quality records of process execution. Capture and maintain the structure and repository for the Quality Management System ensuring that it is accessible to the entire organization. Perform regular assessment of organizational compliance with contract requirements/process documentation and provide regular reviews of those results with appropriate Managers and the Program Manager. Assist the Configuration and Data Management Branch in Range Technical Baseline management. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001/2015. Ability to develop a QMS for a large, high-technology Test and Evaluation Program which incorporates a comprehensive audit process. Ability to be a self-starter that requires minimal support and supervision; ability to execute simultaneous tasks within broadly defined parameters; possess 'can-do' attitude; highly motivated and persistent. Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail. Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe. Demonstrated ability to formulate policies, manage daily operations and plan the use of materials and human resources. Ability to coordinate multiple process requests and facilitate numerous tasks simultaneously. Strong process improvement skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Required Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field, a combination of education and experience, or experience in lieu of education. Ten (10) or more years of progressive Quality Assurance experience. Quality Assurance experience working in a Space and Missile Defense environment desired. Experience developing a QMS based on appropriate ISO standards and incorporating a comprehensive audit process to ensure contract compliance desired. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance which requires U.S. citizenship. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport for travel. Travel periodically to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands; travel is generally less than 30 days in duration. The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
