Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the OnKure Quality Assurance team
Own the OnKure QMS and oversee the implementation of fit-for-purpose quality initiatives, processes, tools and trackers
Partner with other members of the Quality Assurance team to provide enhancements to Quality Systems to improve efficiency, regulatory compliance, and reduce manual processes
Author and manage to resolution quality events including deviations, CAPAs, investigations, and change controls
Perform or oversee GxP and vendor audits
Implement and perform periodic quality management reviews, develop phase-appropriate Quality metrics/KPIs
Continually assess compliance status of clinical and CMC development programs

Liaise between external QP and internal teams to ensure prompt IMP distribution
Manage supplier activities, including support of supplier qualification assessments and verification of approval requirements, approved supplier listing and supplier file maintenance, and any ongoing monitoring of supplier relationships and deliverable expectations

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Function:

The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment. JFT has implemented a 9/80 work schedule, and the office is closed every other Friday.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk throughout the shop floor, and move between workstations. Bending, kneeling, and crouching may be required during inspections. May involve lifting and carrying objects, typically up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to use hand tools and inspection equipment that may require physical strength. GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring the adherence to quality standards and protocols in all construction and industrial services projects. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of AIS Infrastructure's deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for construction and industrial services projects.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards and specifications.
* Identify and address any quality issues, non-conformities, or deficiencies in construction processes, materials, or workmanship.
* Collaborate with project teams to establish corrective actions and preventive measures to improve quality performance.
* Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with quality requirements.
* Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding quality control practices and requirements.
* Conduct training sessions to enhance the understanding of quality standards and procedures among project personnel.
* Monitor the implementation of quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
* Generate reports and documentation to track and communicate quality performance metrics.
* Participate in quality-related meetings and provide input to enhance overall project quality.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to access secured facilities, including military bases.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications in quality control or quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer) are preferred.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on quality control, is generally required to be successful.
* In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
* Familiarity with relevant quality control tools, equipment, and software.
* Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices in construction and industrial services.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations and develop appropriate solutions.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
TRAVEL
