A mid-level auditor position within the Auditing and Quality Assurance department. The role of the Quality Auditor is expected to independently schedule and conduct conformity assessment audits at customer locations. Audits include various manufacturers responsible for producing products for compliance with FM Approvals requirements. FM Approved products cover a wide range of electrical, fire protection, and building materials equipment. The incumbent is expected to possess a solid auditing foundation with a demonstrated proficiency in conducting conformity assessment audits. The role requires approximately 70% travel, and 30% travel may require overnight stays.
