Your role

* Experience with design review processes, document control, and quality audits.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or PMP preferred.

The Construction QA/QC Manager position is a primary role where an individual is directly responsible for the implementation and management of applicable quality control plan(s) as directed by the General Manager on a company-wide, division-wide or project-wide basis, to assure work performed by Suffolk Construction and its subcontractors is performed in compliance with applicable specifications, plans and governmental requirements from project commencement through close out (and commissioning, if applicable).
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the Corporate Quality Management Program across all areas of the business and ensure compliance.
Expand and Develop standard operating procedures and processes to achieve the highest levels of quality associated with delivering a completed construction project.
Assist with the creation of project specific Quality Management Plans and verify implementation of plan for each project.
Assist with the development of Quality metrics that empower teams to review information on quality execution; work cross-functionally with operations to address any trends.
Manage a team of Quality Managers and/or professionals to execute the administrative tasks related to reporting site evaluations, quality reporting requirements, and site specific quality planning.

Stay abreast of trends and evolving best practices by participating in organizations and forums dedicated to Quality. Keep the Company informed of the latest updates on best practices and standards.
Represent Suffolk with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
Build effective working relationships with clients, trade partners, and the Suffolk project team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quality Management or demonstrated equivalent field.
5 plus years of experience in related construction fields.
Solid understanding of means and methods of construction
Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry
Working knowledge of national and State code and quality regulations/standards.

* Ensures that proper laboratory procedures are followed as outlined by Darigold Corporate Quality Dept.
* Is responsible for shutting down any production line, rejecting any ingredient or packaging material, and stopping shipment of finished products in serious violation of company or regulatory requirements or standards. Has ultimate control over the release of products for sale.
* Provides management and Corporate Quality Personnel with regular and complete reports on all matters about quality issues and standards.
* Maintains a professional relationship with plant management, customers, and vendors.
* Works closely with vendors and customers on product quality reports and audits.
* Oversees the compliance of third-party quality certifications such as SQF, Kosher, Halal, and others as applicable. Coordinates audits, documentation, and corrective actions related to these certifications.
* Possesses a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
* Works closely with the Plant Manager in other areas including, but not limited to, involvement in R & D projects and other projects and assignments as needed.
* Carries out additional assignments by the corporate Quality Director and Plant Manager.

The QA Supervisor will coordinate day-to-day activities related to product and raw material inspection, device history record reviews, release of product for distribution, environmental monitoring of the cleanroom environments, and product testing. The QA Supervisor will assist in the nonconformance process and serve as QA representative for the Material Review Board.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all incoming, in-process, and final inspection/testing activities for medical device components and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures, specifications, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate and assist with process audits to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
Review and approve inspection records, test data, batch records, and device history records (DHRs) prior to product release.
Train, evaluate, and mentor the QA Technician group, ensuring proficiency in inspection techniques, documentation review, and regulatory compliance.
Support investigations of nonconformances and product quality issues, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Coordinate equipment calibrations and review and approval of calibration and maintenance records.
Coordinate environmental monitoring of the cleanrooms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process validations and quality improvements.
Prepare QA metrics and reports to monitor department performance and support management review.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control within the medical device or regulated life sciences industry.
Strong understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Prior experience supervising or leading inspection or testing teams is preferred.
Familiarity with measurement tools, inspection methods, and quality data analysis.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Ability to operate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Description
The Department of Energy (DOE), Hanford Site, Office of River Protection (ORP), Quality Assurance Division (QAD) requires Quality Assurance Safety Management support from one qualified full-time general support services contractor. The successful contractor(s) will have responsibility for execution of the itemized work scope below:
Assist ORP in its efforts to manage and oversee the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant (WTP) High-Level Waste (HLW) project in accordance with DOE Orders, Hanford procedures, and the ORP Quality Assurance Program Description.
Function in the role of QA auditors/program support/ startup and commissioning/operations for QA Programs for High-Level Waste.
Provide oversight support to external and internal auditing efforts for high level waste (perform as a qualified auditor in QAD independent audits, or surveillances).
Support by providing quality related oversight functions (perform as an oversight team member lead) to Federal Project Directors in their efforts to address performance issues and verify completion of High-Level Waste facility milestones.
Conduct reviews of Contractor actions to address DOE Inspector General (OIG) Recommendations for High-Level Waste.
Conduct effectiveness reviews of Contractor actions and OIG Recommendations for High- Level Waste.
Review and comment on new and revised QAD procedures and oversight reports for High-Level Waste to ensure the documents are of high technical quality.
Review causal analysis and actions taken to prevent the recurrence of conditions adverse to quality for High-Level Waste
Participation on the High-Level Waste Integrated Project Teams (IPT) as required
DELIVERABLES
Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The Contractor shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined below:
Weekly Report. This report will address work accomplished, and deliverable progress to be provided to the technical monitor.
Monthly Report. This report will be a combination of the weekly status reports and shall be submitted with the monthly invoice. The report shall also include:
Deliverable progress, and date(s) submitted if applicable, submitted within this invoice period.
Work schedule for Contractor employees, to include any leave taken.
TRAVEL
Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
LOCATION
Work shall be conducted at the Department of Energy government offices, The Hanford Site, and Richland, WA. This position is telework eligible at the discretion of the Technical Monitor (TM) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in consultation with the Contracting Officer (CO). If in-person support is identified as required for any reason and for any length of time by the TM, COR, or CO, the contractor shall report for duty in-person as requested.
Qualifications
The contractor shall ensure that personnel supporting this task possess the following qualifications:
Education - BS/BA degree in engineering, science, or business management, or alternatively, an accredited high school certificate plus 8 years of specialized experience in engineering, science, or business management, in addition to the requisite experience. MS/MA or PhD degree in a relevant field is considered to be 2 and 5 years of experience, respectively
Experience - Fourteen (14) years of directly applicable successful experience as a management consultant or senior manager interfacing and working with organizational executives and senior management, or senior technical or business individuals, within government or industry on significant management, technical, or business issues.
Highly experienced in QA audits and QA program implementation.
Working level knowledge of Quality Assurance related controls and requirements.
Working level knowledge of DOE policies and procedures.
Expertise level of knowledge of Hanford Site mission, activities and priorities.
Expertise level of knowledge of DOE program and project management practices, policies, and procedures.
Expert writing skills, proven experience in supporting programs and projects with analysis, tracking, monitoring, assessment, review and coordination.
Excellent communications skills.
A knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and/or other MS Office tools.
Identification of any conflicts, potential conflicts, or perceived conflicts of interest with any Hanford Site contractors.

We are looking for an experienced Data Center QA/QC Specialist to support a critical facility data center. You will be responsible for the overall quality and service of the operation and maintenance of multiple critical facility infrastructure systems in accordance with company's policies and procedures. These Data Centers are a 7x24x365 a year operation. Responsibilities include the delivery of quality and consistent services and support as established by the Corporation while satisfying unique site requirements and ensuring proper performance reporting of key metrics for the site. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in creating and implementing multi-facility, standards based Operations & Maintenance programs. Must have experience analyzing processes, creating process documentation, developing operational procedures and communicating effectively with both business and operations managers. Responsibilities:
Performing periodic site walk-throughs in order to ensure Company's procedures and standards are followed. This includes assisting the Project Manager and any other support staff and contracted vendors.
Communicating the status of the operation process with senior management.
Site acceptance and commissioning of the facility to ensure the site meets the superior and dynamic standards of Company Standards.
Assisting in the development of procedures/Method of Procedures (MOPs) for the DC build in addition to approving MOPs for data hall work.
Provide coverage for onsite data center manager with both routine and emergency service on a variety of state of the art critical systems such as: medium voltage switchgear, diesel generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, fire detection / suppression; building monitoring systems; etc.
Supervise the on-site management the facility manager, facility technicians, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work is performed according to established practices and procedures.
Support client relationship and act as escalation point of contact for the company for each site.
Help Establishment of performance benchmarks, conduct analyses and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility operations and maintenance.
Work with business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability and efficiency.
Review MOPs and SOPs for all work on critical data center facility equipment.
Ensure that a constant state of readiness in support of the mission goal of 99.999% uptime
Conduct critical facilities Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program analysis and reporting
Design Critical Environment Programs for both internal and external clients.
Coordinate with Design/Construction Team
Provide consulting services on existing critical environment O&M programs.
Assess, recommend and implement industry best practices into new and existing Critical Environment Programs.
Provide feedback to senior management for the continuous improvement of the Critical Environments program.
Develop process documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:
7+ years of data center facility construction and commissioning experience.
5+ years leadership experience in data center facilities. Solid Understanding of Critical Electrical and Mechanical / HVAC equipment in a data center environment
Strong verbal and written communications skills; Good presentation skills
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering a plus
