Quality Manager - Ballistics Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree* in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
7+ years of progressive experience in Quality within manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Defense or ammunition manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001, or higher-level quality management systems.
Strong knowledge of Army/DoD contracts, MIL-STDs, and defense industry compliance standards.
Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma preferred.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Summary
Data Center Construction Quality Assurance Manager (QA) will act as Owner's Representative for mission critical data center projects. QA will work alongside owner, project managers, project engineers, general contractors, trade partners, equipment vendors, design and engineering consultants, and commissioning agents to assure that all installed product meets or exceeds the intent of the contract documents, as well as industry accepted standards for mission critical construction.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan inclusive of Preparatory Meetings, First of Kind Inspections, Corrective Actions, and Final Inspections.
Thoroughly understand all project documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, equipment data sheets, and material safety data sheets (MSDS).
Perform cadenced inspections on all installed product to ensure that it meets or exceeds the intent of the contract documents.
Report quality deficiencies to the General Contractor and trade partners via the project's adopted software platform.
Drive all documented quality issues through corrective actions and closure authoring Root Cause Analyses (RCA) when required.
Continually audit systems installation to ensure that the key geometries, dimensions, and pathways conform to the Building Information Model (BIM).
Partner with General Contractor and trade partners on site logistics planning and material staging to drive greater efficiency on the site.
Lead weekly quality control meetings with General Contractor and trade partners.
Provide daily quality summaries and more detailed, weekly reports to Owner.
Verify that all materials and equipment delivered to the project conform to the approved submittals, free of damage, safely stored/protected, and acceptable for use.
Maintain log of all inspections by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). All failed inspections are to be rectified.
Participate actively and directly in the development and maintenance of a strong safety culture.
Act as liaison between General Contractor, trade partners, equipment vendors, owner operations, and commissioning agents (CxA) throughout entirety of commissioning phase.
Track all project design changes and ensure that they are accurately captured in appropriate as-built documentation and BIM files.
Support project management team on monthly applications for payment to ensure that percentage of work installed in the field matches that which has been billed.
Sustain a culture of open communication, transparency, and mutual respect and understanding between all project stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
10+ years of relevant work experience in quality assurance or quality control role in data centers or similar mission critical build typologies.
OSHA 30; First Aid/CPR; or able to obtain within first 90-days of hire.
CDCP highly preferred, but not required.
LEED AP highly preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with local and national building codes including NFPA, NEC, IBC, general life safety and egress.

The Quality Assurance & Regulatory Manager is responsible for reviewing ingredients and finished product documentation, setting up new products and ingredients, responding to customer documentation requests, and maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing documentation. This role works closely with the Director of Regulatory Affairs, Raw Ingredient Specialist, R&D Team, Quality Control Management, and other internal staff to develop and provide accurate technical documentation and information.
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Documentation and Compliance:
- Complete customer requests for extensive technical documentation regarding both products and the facility.
- Create Certificates of Analysis (COAs), verify laboratory results, QA testing data, and release finished products for all outgoing finished products.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper record keeping and retention.
- Assist in the monitoring and development of finished product technical documentation, labels, and Certificates of Analysis for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the review of CII products for compliance with customer specifications/requirements, existing certifications, and regulatory standards.
- Assist CII in product development by reviewing new products for compliance and communicating any issues with the appropriate staff.
Ingredient and Supplier Management:
- Evaluate new and existing ingredients thoroughly for compliance with company systems.
- Assist in the collection of relevant paperwork for each ingredient and maintain ingredient paperwork files for staff reference to ensure up-to-date data is available.
- Assist in the upkeep of databases of required information for ingredients and suppliers and communicate as needed with Procurement, Production, and R&D.
- Assist in the upkeep of supplier and ingredient documentation repositories.
- Keep accurate records of all raw materials and Kosher listings for all products produced.
Regulatory and Quality Assurance:
- Assist in the design of standards and systems as they relate to quality, regulatory issues, or other items as needed.
- Assist in evaluating information to determine compliance with standards (e.g., new equipment, new certifications, new products).
- Perform documented compliance inspections as part of the facility compliance inspection team.
- Ensure all required compliance inspections are completed and that corrective actions are completed appropriately.
- Assist in oversight of the raw material testing and management systems.
- Assist with documented compliance inspections and develop solutions for any non-conformances found.
- Fills in for the Director of Regulatory Affairs as needed.
Communication:
- Communicate courteously and professionally with customers, certifiers, internal staff, and regulatory agencies during review and discussions regarding technical product documentation, facility inspections, and/or certifications.
- Effectively communicate with plant personnel, frontline supervisors, and operating managers.
- Attend Regulatory and Management Team meetings as needed.

Position Summary:
This position reports to the Director of Medicaid Policy and Regulations and provides quality assurance oversight of Behavioral Health Services programs and processes, including timely and accurate administration of contracts, adherence of programs to federal and state requirements, and quality assurance and measurement-based reporting. This position supervises the Quality Assurance Team in Behavioral Health Services commission; recruitment, training, educating, and mentoring of these employees will be a primary function of this position, to assure retention and morale.
The Behavioral Health Services Commission administers program and payment for publicly funded behavioral health services, which include adult and youth mental health, and adult and youth substance use disorder (SUD) prevention and treatment programs. KDADS contracts with behavioral health providers and agencies statewide to provide community-based and inpatient services, primarily through Medicaid. Services range from prevention and early intervention services to inpatient, residential, home- and community-based, and recovery support services.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct Quality Assurance:
Develops and manages the quality measures for Behavioral Health Services (BHS) for Medicaid and Block Grant programs using extensive knowledge of federal and state program policies, mandates, directives and intents; department and division goals; as well as data and information systems, statistics, and public relations. Create, implement, and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards across BHS programming for internal and external stakeholders.
Track quality metrics, analyze performance data, conduct audits, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Lead, train, and mentor the QA team, and ensure all employees are trained on quality standards and best practices.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, on all quality-related matters.
Maintains data regarding BHS program quality improvement, performance measures, and quality assurance as well as monitoring utilization, cost and caseload growth.
Ensures all fidelity measures are up to fidelity standards of the model; including, but not limited to, identifying trainings for State and external vendor staff on Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs), getting staff trained/certified to conduct fidelity reviews of EBPs, ensuring timely fidelity reviews are conducted, and providing extensive knowledge across the BHS commission on the proper implementation of EBPs within the different areas of focus.
QA Team Collaboration:
Convene internal and external stakeholders to compile, synthesize, and outline key components of continuous quality improvement opportunities and needs related to BHS programs quality indicators.
Ensures collaboration between KDADS departments outside of BHS with the QA team as part of both team's oversight of CCBHCs, BHS programs, and evidence-based practices.
Ensure coordination and completion of reporting requirements, data and outcome measurement and progress tracking.
Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned including but not limited to ensuring the agency is adequately staffed during and immediately following natural and/or manmade disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, and/or acts of terrorism. Assists other employees in the work unit in accomplishing assignments as necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Four years of experience in human services, business/public/health administration, or related fields.
* Two years of professional experience in health care, public health, behavioral health, or general program management.
* Experience with Medicaid or KanCare is preferred.
* The ability to influence, persuade, understand and work collaboratively with others is important. Maintaining these effective relationships during the planning and redesign process.
* Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and how to review program information, gather data, measure outcomes, and formulate reports as it relates to the Behavioral Health field.
* Strong skills in organization, planning, implementation, conflict resolution, and oral and written communication.

Job Summary
The Manager, Manufacturing Quality serves as DreamFields' embedded representative within our partner manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and product specifications, while fostering a strong and collaborative relationship with the manufacturing partner.
This position ensures quality control, compliance, and operational excellence within third-party manufacturing partnerships. The manager will act as DreamFields' direct on-site representative, providing real-time oversight, monitoring, reporting, and intervention to safeguard product quality and brand integrity.
Duties/Responsibilities
Daily:
Monitor production processes and quality control measures.
