Radiology Quality Analyst - Position Summary
Join our dedicated Radiology Quality & Safety team and play a key role in enhancing the patient care experience across all imaging services at UNM Hospital. In this impactful, data-driven role, you will partner with clinical teams to improve workflows, support regulatory readiness, and elevate quality outcomes through meaningful analysis and collaboration. This position also offers the option to work in a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site days for added flexibility and does not require holidays, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
As a Radiology Quality Analyst, you will :
• Review and interpret quality and operational data to help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support teams by simplifying workflows, reducing errors, and promoting safe, consistent practices.
• Help coordinate performance improvement projects that enhance efficiency and patient safety.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visual summaries to share with leaders and clinical teams.

Position Summary:
Access, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs for HSC operational components in Radiology. Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures. patient care assignment may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups.

What The Role Entails
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the project-specific quality assurance and quality control plan for Civil, Structural and Architectural scope of large-scale data center construction projects. This role ensures that all materials, workmanship and installations comply with engineering designs, technical specifications, industry standards and regulatory codes. Responsibilities include developing and implementing the project's quality plan, performing on-site inspections and material checks and documenting all non-conformances throughout the construction lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and has extensive knowledge of data center construction processes and quality control procedures.

Develop, implement and maintain the project-specific Quality Management Plan, inspection and test plans and quality control procedures for all civil, structural and architectural scopes
Review and verify all project-related documentation, including design specifications, drawings and submittals to ensure they meet quality and compliance requirements
Ensure subcontractors are following their approved QA/QC plans and installing work according to project documents and applicable codes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality-related activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports and photographic logs
Conduct on-site inspections of earthwork, excavation, site utilities and backfill to confirm soil compaction and adherence to site grades
Perform detailed inspections of rebar placement, formwork, concrete pours and structural steel erection. Coordinate third-party agencies for testing concrete and structural steel testing
Verify the quality of architectural installations, such as exterior facade systems, interior finishes, doors and walls, ensuring they meet specified standards
Inspect incoming materials and equipment, such as structural steel and concrete to verify conformance with project requirements and manufacturer's specifications
Identify, document and track non-conformances and deficiencies and implement corrective and preventive action plans
Lead root cause analysis to resolve persistent quality issues and minimize recurring problems
Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on quality performance, metrics and risk assessments
Contribute to the preparation of quality turnover packages and final closeout documentation
What You Bring to The Role
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a QA/QC role, with significant experience in large-scale commercial, industrial or mission-critical projects, including one (1) year of experience in data centers
Professional Engineer license, Certified Quality Engineer or an ICC Structural Inspector certification preferred
Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver's license
Deep understanding of construction standards and codes, including IBC, ACI, AISC and ASTM

The starting salary for this position is $80,100. Salary will depend, in part, on the successful candidate's qualifications for the role, including education and experience.

Document Accessiblity Specialist needed for our government client in Towson, MD. The Document Accessiblity Specialist will convert and publish a three-year backlog of judges' decisions into accessible PDF documents for publication on the web content management system Drupal. Three month contract position. The non-negotiable pay rate is $30.00 per hour.
Essential Duties:
304 cases from 2022, 266 cases from 2023 and 280 cases from 2024 will be converted to publishing its cases and decisions for public access on the website.
Creating accessible PDFs in the morning and moving them into a designated folder for Quality Assurance. Baltimore County Web Services team members will conduct quality assurance on the documents to ensure compliance and approve the documents. In the afternoons, the consultant will upload the previous days approved files to Drupal.
Fixing accessiblity issues in existing PDFs including tagging, adding alt text, ensuring proper reading order and making forms accessible.
Providing guidance to content Creators on how to make documents accessible for the outset.
Educating teams on accessiblity best practices and the use of accessiblity tools.
Keeping up-to-date on evolving accessiblity laws, standards (like WCAG, PDF/UA, Section 508) and best practices.
Clearly documenting accessibility issues and remediation steps.
Qualifications:
Expertise in Adobe Acrobat Pro, CommonLook, and other remediation software is required.
Experience using screen readers (JAWS, NVDA) and understanding how they interact with PDFs is required.
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, PDF/UA, Section 508, and other relevant standards is required.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve accessibility is required.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining issues and solutions.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office documents (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant formats.
Knowledge of using Drupal to upload PDFs is required.

Job Summary:
