Key Responsibilities

· Review contracts from Quality Assurance perspective to ensure all quality requirements are met.
Manage, schedule and host customer source inspections when required by contract.
· Serve as the primary interface for First Article Inspections. Create and manage First Article Inspections and coordinate with internal/external teams to obtain first article approvals.
· Maintain and report the status of the government's inventory assets. Create and affix customer returned material tags to customer assets upon receipt.

· Maintain an active supplier quality delivery and quality performance matrix and interface with the supplier if the supplier's quality performance falls below the QMS documented levels.
· Perform the organization's FSO (Facility Security Officer) requirements and ensure that the organization is meeting or exceeding the standards that are defined by FC-PO-001 Security Manual, FC-PO-002B Classified Material Receiving & FC-PR-003 Security Debriefing.
Required Qualifications
:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within aerospace or related industries.
· Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
· Expertise in First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and processes.
· Proficiency in using inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, Micro-Hite, and microscopes.
