What You Will Do
Develop and monitor quality program metrics to evaluate projects performance.

Examine all submittals (in particular, mechanical, engineering and plumbing (MEP) submittals) for quality assurance and provide comments to ensure all documents are compliant. Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
Develop, review and approve, if required, levels one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), and five (5) related to product and process quality such as construction quality procedures (“CQPs”) and checklists, technical deliverables, and test procedures and plans.
Recommend and verify effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions for project non conformances and quality issues, in coordination with project and quality management, design, engineering, construction and other functional disciplines.
Review commissioning agent level four (4) and five (5) commissioning scripts and provide feedback.
Assist construction manager in review of turnover documentation package for completeness and accuracy.
Assist construction manager in review of level three (3), four (4), and five (5) energization, start-up, and commissioning schedules and help ensure compliance to it.
Help drive closure to open issues in BIM360 and escalate any outstanding open items not getting closed out in a timely manner.
Attend factory witness tests (“FWTs”) as required for owner furnished contractor installed (“OFCI”) and contractor furnished contractor installed (“CFCI”) equipment and systems.
Provide an onsite visual inspection and/or observation for construction quality control of OFCI and CFCI equipment and systems. This site acceptance inspection will be documented in BIM360.
Assist in confirming that Level two (2) and level three (3) testing documentation is properly completed and retained.
Provide assistance in reviewing installed labeling, signage and tagging.
Assist in development of project specific QA/QC dashboards, equipment tracking matrices, and semi-annual QA/QC deep dive / presentations.
Attend required construction meetings such as the weekly project and monthly global QA/QC meeting, MEP/owner architect contractor (OAC) weekly meetings, and daily start-up and commissioning meetings.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience in quality control & quality assurance (QA/QC) programs for data centers or mission critical construction projects.
Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction programs.
Experience in civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.
Experience leading QA/QC and Cx programs.
Experience in contractor, consultant and vendor management.
Experience in mission critical power and cooling infrastructure or other critical systems, and the ability to apply that experience to current data center challenges.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with high proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
Experience with Construction Software preferred.
Experience with standard Data Center equipment preferred.

Job Description
The Technician - Quality Assurance will be responsible for testing our finished product as well as specific packaging attributes as described by our Parent Company to ensure that our finished products meet required specifications.
What your day will look like:
* Perform beverage attribute testing to include: Brix, Assay, CO2, Net Contents, pH and Taste & Odor
* Perform package attribute testing to include: Closure Removal Torques, Can Lid Application (Where Applicable), and Visual Appearance
* Perform finished product attributes such as: Correct Bottle/Can, Correct Closure/Lid, Correct Label, Correct Production Date Code to include final packaging (Cases, Cartons, Trays, Wraps, etc.) and verification of any Promotional Identification
* Perform Micro sample collection and testing (Note: A designated technician may be selected for Micro testing, in some cases, removing this responsibility from the remaining technicians)
* Perform Syrup testing such as Brix, Assay, pH to include the use of an ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) or a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) unit. (Note: Blending Technicians may be selected for Syrup testing, in some cases, removing this responsibility from Lab Technicians)
* Perform lab equipment calibrations and/or verifications as needed. Lab equipment maintenance and problem troubleshoot is required as needed
* Perform water treatment duties as described by the Quality Manager where applicable
* Perform Internal Clean in Place (CIP) setup as described by the Quality Manager where applicable
* Participate in the Sensory Program where applicable
* Data entry from product testing is required in Laboratory Data Management System (LDMS) to include review of test results and reaction should an out of specification situation arise. Knowledge of the Product Hold program (when to use and when not to use) is a must. Assist in writing standard operating procedures (SOP's) as needed to include the use of Master Control
* Perform daily lab housekeeping to include good manufacturing practices (GMP) inside and outside the lab where needed
* Maintain lab testing equipment supplies to include ordering and inventory control
* Responsible for receiving and testing ingredients where applicable
* Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management

Position Description:
The Lead Quality Control Engineer (LQCE) will be experienced in managing the QC process on Hensel Phelps projects and in exercising judgment and discretion in making quality control-related recommendations, implementing quality control policies and procedures, and handling a wide variety of quality control matters in the field and office. They may be tasked with assisting and mentoring less-experienced QC engineers when multiple QC resources are deployed on a single large project. Alternatively, they may be tasked with performing QC activities on multiple smaller projects. This is a safety sensitive position.
Position Qualifications:
A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture or construction management.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience on large commercial construction projects.
Strong communication skills.
Technically experienced and capable of comprehending the specifications, standards, and code requirements for all disciplines (i.e., architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical).
Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel-based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoCAD.
Essential Duties:
Review and update the project quality process log (QPL) and provide comments to the QC manager.
Under the oversight of the PS, direct the removal and replacement of non-conforming work and stop work not in compliance with the contract.
Be fully aware of the contract, plans, specifications and applicable codes. Submit and review RFIs to ensure changes are implemented in the field.
Receive trade partner test and inspection requests and produce a coordinated daily test and inspection schedule.
Actively participate in the work completion tagging process, in-house punch list process and the pre-final punch list process to document deficient items in the field.
Audit trade partner quality control procedures and participate in the quality recognition program.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement process (CIP) and lessons learned and be a leading advocate for these programs.
Perform safety and housekeeping inspections through the SAFE program.
