Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality AssuranceSpecialist to join our team in a sterile manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and maintaining the highest levels of product quality and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sterile manufacturing, environmental monitoring, and quality documentation processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As the Sr. Quality Assurance Principal, this position will:
Actively engage cross-functionally within the organization, such as with the Engineering, Clinical and Marketing teams, to develop new products within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
Act as the Quality lead for design changes to existing DeepHealth products, including non-medical devices, to ensure compliance with the applicable standards and guidances.
Guide junior Quality Assurance team members to ensure consistent implementation of Quality processes, including design control and risk management.
Take ownership of product specific Quality Management System processes, such as CAPAs and complaint management, across the organization to ensure compliance and drive efficiency.
Work cross-functionally to integrate products as a result of corporate and/or product acquisitions.
Work as a team member with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance to US and OUS standards and regulations.
Participate in the development of junior staff, as requested
Collect/monitor quality metrics in support of Management Review

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

Strong knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations, including but not limited to, 21 CFR 11, and 21 CFR 820.
Knowledge of EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR), ISO13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304 preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of pre- and post- market clinical studies, including but not limited to, 21 CFR 812, 21 CFR 50, and 21 CFR 56, preferred but not required.

SUMMARY
This individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Trident Quality Control Program. This includes coordination, training, inspections (Inspect what we Expect), and day-to-day operations to ensure overall compliance with project requirements. This person will participate in and be a resource for the setup, execution, and closeout of the project specific quality control plan.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Develop and implement the Trident Quality Control Program across all projects to ensure consistency.
Develop and expand upon the program documents to continue to build the Trident QC library.
Assist with all project quality control plan organization and setup to ensure each team is prepared to execute onsite.
Conduct field inspections across all projects to ensure the quality control plan is being followed and documentation is being properly recorded.
Assist in training team members on the importance and execution of the quality control program.
Participate in project kickoff meetings with subcontractors to ensure they are bought in to the quality program.
Provide training when necessary to trade partners.
Work with the Quality Control committee to continue improvement of the quality control program.
Ensure that any non-conformance items on projects are handled properly with the Lead Superintendent on the project.
Work with all project teams to ensure that the quality control closeout procedure is completed and part of the turnover to the client.
Foster collaboration and engagement in quality initiatives.
Conduct and coordinate ongoing employee training, ensuring that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to turn over an exceptional product.
Ability to work in the Trident office or on a project site as required.
Ability to work days, nights, evenings, weekends as the project schedule requires.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQURIEMENTS
To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills and ability required.
Education / Technical Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other similar degree field, and a minimum fifteen (15) years construction experience required or equivalent number of years in a construction quality control position with heavy emphasis on building envelope.
OSHA 30 certification and First Aid certification required.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to read and understand contract documents.
Proficiency in email communication when appropriate.
Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required by project schedule.
Leadership Skills
Work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to assess complex situations and devise practical solutions to ensure the well-being of our team.
Demonstrate the desire to continuously seek opportunities for added responsibility and growth on the jobsite.

Physical Requirements
Must have the ability to climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolding up to 50' tall and lift up-to 50 lbs.
Must be able to walk jobsites extensively (8-10 hours per day) and safely navigate through construction area(s).
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist for extended periods of time on a daily basis.
Must have the ability to work in all temperature and weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, etc.

Support and maintain good housekeeping principles using lean manufacturing tools such as 5S.

Education:

How you will impact Ingevity:
