The Aircraft Quality Assurance Manager serves as the primary technical advisory agency in the maintenance organization, assisting maintenance supervision at all levels to identify, validate and/or resolve quality, proficiency and/or compliance issues impacting mission generation.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Implement and administer the Maintenance Standardization and Evaluation Program and other programs as applicable IAW DAFI 21-101 and Major Command Supplements.
+ Determine training requirements for employees to ensure necessary competency.
+ Facilitate the flow of information to employees and managers on all issues that affect processes and procedures, to include technical order changes.
+ Prepare plans, policies, and procedures for the offices to ensure efficient quality operation.
+ Monitor processes to ensure success and to correct negative trends.
+ Ensure compliance with Company Procedures and policies, AS9110 Standards, applicable portions of the Performance Work Statement and Statement of Work.
+ Manage and provide data analysis for the following Processes:
+ A) Aircraft Maintenance Quality Control/Assurance
+ B) Aircraft Maintenance Training Office
+ C) OnPoint Training Functions oversight.
+ Ensure the Program Director and Director of Maintenance are informed of quality assurance activities that relate to the contract/program requirements.
+ Evaluate and analyze deficiencies and problem areas identified are key functions that highlight and reveal underlying causes of poor quality in the maintenance production effort.
+ Validate aircraft and equipment condition and personnel proficiency through the Maintenance Standardization and Evaluation Program.
+ The manager is responsible to the MXG/CC or equivalent to perform as the primary technical advisory agency for maintenance actions and to assist work center supervisors in reviewing tasks involved in supporting the maintenance effort.
+ Scope includes support for 195 T-1, T-6, and T-38 aircraft and 8 to 12 personnel.
+ This position requires a minimum 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, and some weekends.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Associate's degree in related field, and eight (8) years relative experience, five (5) years of which must be Department of Defense experience.
+ In lieu of a degree, minimum of ten (10) years of directly related experience, seven (7) years of which must be Department of Defense experience.
+ Minimum of seven (7) years supervisorial experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or manufacturing.
+ Must possess ability to understand and comply with Government publications and technical orders.
+ Must possess ability to perform analytical analysis and apply risk management techniques.
+ Experience in conflict resolution, team building, and coaching skills.
+ Prior experience with unionized workforce highly desired.
**Compensation Details:**
$115,000 - $125,000

* Perform pre-loan review of loan documentation to ensure regulatory and bank policy compliance, and collateral perfection before providing documents to borrowers, when needed.
* Perform post loan review to ensure required loan documentation has been properly executed.
* Review data entered into core loan system for data integrity.
* Conduct final verification of HMDA, CRA, Fair Lending and other regulatory required information.
* Enter missing and recurring documentation requirements into the loan documentation exception tracking system, as appropriate.
* Validate imaged documents and loan documentation exceptions.
* Provide support to community banks, Loan Production and Loan Servicing teams.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor reports and other projects to ensure accuracy of loan system, and regulation and bank policy compliance, as assigned. Recommend possible methods to improve department efficiency to supervisor when appropriate. Communicate issues to supervisor when applicable. Attend team and department meetings as requested. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of construction and mechanical quality management experience.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Experience with managing field engineering, inspection, and NDE related to all QA/QC functions.
Proficient with reading, understanding, and interpreting plans, specifications, drawings, contracts, and other documents pertaining to MEP aspects of projects.
Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, defects, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis.
Ability to ensure correct codes, standards, job specifications, project procedures, and federal and provincial regulations are properly identified, correctly specified in detail, and met or exceeded.
Ability to work in high-production environments and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Jobsite AQTRD QC Monitor Responsibilities
Assure that the Equipment & Feeder Matrix up to date.
Assure that QC inspection forms are completed in the field and filed before energization.
Assure the Megger log is updated and organized and filed before energization of feeder.
Assure that the torque log is updated, organized and filed before energization of equipment.
Assure with assistance of superintendent and project manager that the project in compliance with job Specifications.
Notify the QC manager if any training needed. (megger, torque wrench, gr. point tester etc.)
Assure that the record drawings are being updated every week.
Assure that Sign-off that proper documentation is completed and filed before start-up of any piece of equipment on project or the energization of feeders.

It is not a requirement that the QC Rep. perform each of these task personally, just to assure that they are completed and documented at the time of the inspection/task.
