Primary Objective:
The Quality Assurance Lab Manager plays a key role on Spectrio's Technology team by supporting the quality assurance process for both hardware and software across our media player platforms. This position ensures that all media players meet functionality, reliability, and performance standards before deployment. What You'll Need to Succeed
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of a High School diploma and pertinent work experience is required.
3+ years of Quality Assurance experience required.
5+ years' Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
2+ years Claims experience
2+ years of leadership experience strongly desired.
Industry designations or certifications a plus.

* First Article: Conduct & document First Article Inspection (FAI) to verify process of planning, manufacturing, and production process are in accordance to the customer's specifications.

* Root Cause Analysis: Analyze & address root causes of an issue to prevent future issues.
* NACE 1: Conduct NACE Coating Inspection.
* Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct QA to ensure adherence to defined processes. Monitor & evaluate product quality.
* Quality Control: Conduct Quality Control (QC) to confirm the product meets the customer's needs, specifications and expectations before the product is shipped.
* PT: Conduct Penetrant Testing to detect any surface defects by using penetrating liquids & dyes.

**_Responsibilities_**
+ Handles cGMP documentation review related to product release, facilities and equipment, material controls, laboratory controls, packaging and labeling, and production & process controls.

The facility is operated under well-controlled and closely monitored conditions that are regulated by both State and Federal agencies, and that are enforced by the corporate internal quality and regulatory group. Each staff member will receive specific training in keeping radiation exposures within regulatory guidelines and he/she will be routinely monitored for their exposure to radiation. Noise levels are considered low to moderate.

As a Manager, Quality Assurance, you will directly contribute to LifeLink's life-saving mission. Collecting medical information from healthcare providers and updating patient medical records.
Verifying the accuracy of patient medical information and obtaining missing information.

Primary Objective:
The Quality Assurance Lab Manager plays a key role on Spectrio’s Technology team by supporting the quality assurance process for both hardware and software across our media player platforms. This position ensures that all media players meet functionality, reliability, and performance standards before deployment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and thrives in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities include:
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for hardware-software integration.
Troubleshoot, isolate, and document issues related to system performance, OS imaging, device provisioning, and hardware anomalies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams to provide QA feedback, support new feature testing, and verify defect resolutions.
Utilize diagnostic tools and scripts to validate firmware, OS, and media software deployments.
Support and maintain a clean, well-organized QA lab environment, including test racks, imaging stations, and network configuration.
Provision and configure players to simulate customer environments and field conditions.
Monitor build quality and help refine imaging and provisioning processes to improve automation, consistency, and turnaround time.
Maintain detailed logs and contribute to QA documentation, reporting, and root cause analysis efforts.
Support device lifecycle initiatives, including player refurbishing, upgrades, and compatibility testing across legacy and next-gen platforms.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, hardware testing, systems integration, or a related technical field
Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and 10) and Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with basic networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi
Ability to learn quickly and work independently to execute tests and troubleshoot issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in documentation and process
Experience working with embedded systems, hardware provisioning, or device imaging tools

Schedule
Onsite in Tampa, FL

Candidate must be flexible to work different shifts or schedules based on business need. Candidate must be comfortable staying until work is completed each business day. Work hours may be subject to change.
Position may require approximately 25% travel to provide QA coverage when needed.
Qualifications

Work Environment
The primary work environment consists of a manufacturing pharmacy which must be kept clean, orderly, properly lighted and maintained in optimum operating condition. Employees handle radioactive materials and are exposed to very low amounts of radiation that are deemed safe by current standards. The facility is operated under well-controlled and closely monitored conditions that are regulated by both State and Federal agencies, and that are enforced by the corporate internal quality and regulatory group. Each staff member will receive specific training in keeping radiation exposures within regulatory guidelines and he/she will be routinely monitored for their exposure to radiation. Noise levels are considered low to moderate.
