SQF Practitioner Certification preferred.
Strong working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, USDA, FDA, and SQF standards.

• Responsible as Ocean Spray representative to outside governmental agencies, USDA, FDA, State Department of Agriculture, etc. and to consumers and customers through investigation and response to complaints. Leads all visits from external regulatory agencies.
• Audit Leadership - Responsible as Ocean Spray representative to customers for their audit requirements of our production facilities and to consultants that are employed for audits.
• Manages the investigation of product incidents and consumer complaint at the plant level. Utilizes RCA's and ensures CAPA's are implemented and verified. Empowers direct staff and collaborates with necessary departments to quickly understand issue.
• Responsible for ensuring plant sanitation requirements are met. Includes monitoring/auditing effectiveness of cleaning practices using visual and microbiological methods. Requires dotted line relationships to operations resources supervising and performing cleaning tasks.
• Sets standards for content of communication materials, distribution, and timeliness in relation to the food safety and quality practices of the Plant.
What We Are Looking For:

* Responsible for in‐depth review and evaluation of operational systems, documentation and service delivery according to the expectations and regulations of the various funding sources and with the highest professional standards. * Identifies areas for improvement and in collaboration with the Program Director, develops actions plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advises direct service staff regarding appropriate responses to members' needs.
• Develops criteria by which to review the delivery of all departmental services and make recommendations to assure they operate using the values and principles of recovery.
• Ensures that the department functions optimally, in conjunction with other branches or departments of Thresholds.
• Provides accurate and timely information to superiors on all topics and issues related to the operation of the agency and the wellbeing of its staff and members.
• Oversee weekly reporting for submission to IDHS.
• Document Thresholds and IDHS Quality Indicators across transition. Create and complete agency reports for submission to IDHS and the Court.
• Acts as an additional clinical eye and facilitates communication between all internal and external treatment providers and supports.
• Participates in Critical Case Review Panel calls with the state and completes needed follow up in collaboration with the Program Director.
