We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support a state agency's workforce initiative to expand Unemployment Insurance (UI) Account Numbers from 6 to 9 digits. This role will be critical in validating the integrity, performance, and security of modified legacy systems, ensuring that all changes meet acceptance criteria and regulatory standards.
· Collaborate with developers and business analysts to design and execute test plans for COBOL, CICS, DB2, and batch components.
· Perform unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple environments.
· Automate test cycles using tools such as 3270 emulator software and IBM InfoSphere Optim Test Data Management Solution.
· Compare test results between legacy and updated systems to validate consistency and correctness.
· Document test cases, results, defects, and resolutions.
· Coordinate with client stakeholders to align testing efforts with project milestones and deployment schedules.
· Ensure testing environments are properly configured and maintained.
· Support the final go/no-go decision process through comprehensive test reporting and validation.
**Pay Rate:** _This is a contract position contingent upon project needs, with a compensation range of $72-$77 per hour. Please note that this role is_ **_not_** _eligible for Nelnet's benefits package._
**EDUCATION:**
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or commensurate experience.
**EXPERIENCE:**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
+ Strong understanding of mainframe systems and testing methodologies.

Summary: DAWSON is seeking to fill a full-time, temporary Construction Quality Management/Quality Assurance Manager (CQM/QA) position. This contract expires in November 2026. The CQM/QA is responsible for the effective development of construction documents and oversight of the project management of renovation and new construction projects at Tripler Army Medical Center to ensure the Owners requirements for quality and timeliness are achieved. The CQM/QA must have a working knowledge of the medical design criteria, the Uniform Facility Criteria (UFC s) and Federal Building Code requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as Owners Representative CQM/QA manager for DHA-approved activities such as new buildings, renovation, repairs, deficiency-correction, and replacement construction projects
Attend meetings with architects, engineers, and prime contractors, review submittals and perform onsite visits
Responsible for the review of construction documents and oversight of the project management of the construction projects to ensure the Owners requirements for quality and timeliness are achieved.
Provide report of meeting minutes to Facilities Director with identification of any problems or difficulties and recommendations for resolution
Advise the Facility Manager (FM) or FM s representative of all issues that require his action or the action of senior leaders. Key areas of focus are the review of documentation to ensure that required documentation is complete and usable for the maintenance and operations of the facility once the project is turned over to the Command
Ensure that the new buildings meet all the requirements of the plans and specifications of the contract documents.
Maintain records of all necessary construction documentation such as financial cost accounting, meetings, drawings, submittals, applications for payments, change orders, proposals, purchase orders, communications, transmittals, notes, etc.
Perform continual on-site surveillance of construction activities, to include infection control measures, maintenance of interim life safety measures, and related surveillance. Inspect the contractor s quality control activities. Monitor and record testing required by contract documents
Maintain progress photos of the project
Review and evaluate HVAC plans, specifications, installation, testing and balance, commissioning reports, and field verifications
Review and evaluate all change orders recommended by the architect or his consultants, all change order requests, and cost proposals made by the contractors, and recommend action to be taken to the Facilities Manager
Ensure construction utility outages are coordinated and completed as planned.
Aid in preparing punch list corrections prior to acceptance of the building or portions of it by the owner
Review final 'as built' drawings as Owners Representative, to include regular weekly/monthly review of construction site red-line drawings
Receive all warranties and provide all mechanical and electrical systems information, including operation and maintenance manuals, to Tripler Army Medical Center personnel responsible for ongoing maintenance.
Review operation and maintenance manuals to ensure documents have been redacted to reflect the specific equipment provided and Preventive Maintenance tasks and frequency are identified
Ensure that the process to provide Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) labels onto equipment is performed by contractor, as necessary
Support Initial Outfitting and Transition efforts, as required.
Provide recommendations for design modifications
Complete required Army training, as required by the site
Provide effective coordination, support, and promotion of interactions with other staff offices and organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years construction quality control experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Experience in at lest 2 Joint Commission hospital surveys
Construction Quality Management for Contractors course through USACE preferred
Working knowledge of the medical design criteria, the Uniform Facility Criteria (UFC's) and Federal Building Code requirements
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Must have excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills

Primary Role

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $78,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. Specialist I, II, III:
This position prepares business purpose loan documents within LaserPro in accordance with established bank guidelines while ensuring the highest level of accuracy & quality in a timely manner. These internally prepared loan documents involve collateral and commercial loans for the branches, business banking and commercial lending units which involve perfecting the bank's lien position, utilizing established bank systems, and capturing all pertinent information into the loan documents.
Senior Specialist:
Under the direction of the Department Manager and/or Documentation Administrator, this position prepares documents for complex commercial and commercial real estate loans for commercial lending units of the bank in accordance with established bank guidelines while ensuring the highest level of accuracy is achieved in a timely manner. Complex commercial and commercial real estate loans are defined as loans which contain a large number of complex loan documents.

Demonstrates good knowledge of the bank's credit policies and documentation standards.
Ensures that documentation file is organized based on the bank's standards and any exceptions are approved by an appropriate authority and added to the tickler for follow-up by the lending unit. Proactively works with the relationship officer to resolve any post-documentation follow-up items.
Prepares instructions on disbursing loan proceeds in accordance with the terms set forth in the Credit Approval Document and/or lending unit's instructions. Coordinates the completion of transactions with Community Banking Branches as well as Community Banking Sales Support.
