This role is responsible for ensuring the production of safe, high-quality products that meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory compliance requirements. The Quality Technician conducts inspections, performs testing, and collaborates closely with production and cross-functional teams to maintain and improve product quality. Essential Responsibilities and Expectations: Although not all inclusive, additional responsibilities, expectations and skills will include: Follow established procedures to evaluate products, production equipment, and manufacturing processes to ensure finished goods meet quality, safety, and customer standards. Conduct routine and non-routine inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to verify conformance to quality standards and customer specifications. Inspect returned products as directed, analyze defects, document findings, and compile data for reporting. Present inspection outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective and preventive solutions. Assist with and adhere to the Quality Management System (ISO 9001), including participation in internal and external audits.
