Follows instructions from the quality department on any batching/blending adjustments necessary to bring product into specification. * Completes all required documentation for batching/blending operation and forwards to QA/Blending department for review. * Maintains sanitation and cleaning of the area throughout the shift. * Responsible for CIP/COP sanitation of all batching/blending lines, tanks and equipment as scheduled. * Removes empty barrels and bins from batching/blending area to designated storage area and/or trailers. * Receives and unloads tankers of bulk concentrates as needed. * Reports all non-compliance, product protection, food safety, and personal safety issues to management when encountered.
