Auto Detailers will be required to following CARSTAR standards. Essential Job Duties Responsible for performing a thorough detail of the interior and exterior of all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer. Responsible for performing a pre-wash on vehicles prior to the actual repair process beginning and may also wash vehicles during estimating process to identify all damage. Visually inspect every vehicle for flaws in the repaired area(s) Ensure you are documenting all flaws on the Facts of Loss form in each folder for all vehicles and verbally communicate with the production manager. Provide support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations. Responsible for assisting in the general maintenance of repair center and outside grounds. May be required to assist with scanning vehicles. Consistently utilizes all required safety equipment, adheres to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal and participates in monthly safety meetings. Maintaining the proper function of all service tools and equipment in the detail department; keep personal work area organized and returns tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas. Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business. Occasional physical activity such as reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to inspect repairs, and lifting and carrying objects over 50lbs. Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, along with moderate levels of noise. Subject to weather conditions both inside and outside. Required to wear protective equipment when necessary. Occasional sedentary work. Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.

About the Role The Quality Assurance Auditor plays a key role in ensuring Bridger Aerospace's continued compliance with FAA regulations and contractual obligations. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining the internal audit program within the maintenance organization. The auditor will utilize audit tracking software to schedule audits, develop checklists, conduct risk assessments, perform internal and external audits (including vendor oversight), issue and track corrective actions, and support audit closeouts. This role collaborates closely with the Safety, Maintenance, Quality, Inventory, Records, and Planning departments to identify system hazards, evaluate compliance, and implement effective corrective actions that drive continuous improvement across the organization. This position is based at Bridger Aerospace HQ in Belgrade, MT and is full-time. What You'll Do Develop, schedule, and perform internal and external (vendor) audits in accordance with FAA and company requirements. Manage the full audit lifecycle, including risk assessment, corrective action tracking, report generation, and follow-up verification. Maintain all audit data and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company recordkeeping standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely completion of corrective actions and effective resolution of audit findings. Verify vendor and maintenance provider compliance with FAA and company quality standards. Ensure training records are accurate, current, and aligned with applicable regulatory and company requirements. Monitor and maintain audit tracking systems (e.g., QT9) to ensure data integrity and accessibility for historical records. Support continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and quality operations. Conduct screening of new vendors and suppliers to verify regulatory compliance and approval status. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 3 years of aviation industry audit experience. Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and quality standards such as ISO 9001, C.A.S.E., or IATA. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Smartsheet.
