Minimum 5 years of machine operator experience, preferably in manufacturing or nonwoven production. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Ability to perform data entry and basic calculations. Willingness to work every other weekend, rotating shifts, and holidays as scheduled. Able to stand for 12-hour shifts, walk frequently, climb stairs, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. Able to work in high-temperature environments. Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check upon hire.
