Key Responsibilities:
Execute chemical reactions, workups, and purification processes using various chemical techniques under supervision of production management.

Prepare chemical solutions, monitor processes, and collect samples from production batches for quality testing.
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and clean laboratory equipment according to company SSOPs and cleaning schedules.

Conduct facility sanitation in accordance with cGMP guidelines and company cleaning schedules.
Handle and dispose of hazardous waste following 6-CCR 1007-3 Part 262 protocols.
Maintain compliance with all personnel hygiene, handwashing, and PPE requirements to ensure personal and peer safety.
Participate in required training including HAZWOPER 40, facility contingency plans, emergency protocols, and biannual hazardous waste handling refreshers.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with lab equipment such as rotary evaporators, flow pumps, vacuum pumps, fluid heaters/chillers, cryo-freezers, incubators, and falling film evaporators.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Minimum 2 years of chemical processing experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain accurate, detailed records.

Salary Transparency Statement
At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an hourly rate between $22 and $25 per hour. The Manufacturing Technician position is designed as an introduction to the industry of cGMP manufacturing.
This position is a 2 on, 2 off , 3 on "pitman" Night shift schedule with working hours from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
This position performs all routine/non-routine cleaning of equipment, prepares buffers/medias, glass wash of misc. parts, assembles setups and filters, autoclaves media/materials, tests filter integrity, manages process waste flows and material movement, and executes inventory management tasks at the cGMP facility to support continuous manufacturing operations. This position requires a shift schedule and gowning into a clean room environment. This position requires PPE.
Must be able to document, record activities in electronic systems and comply with regulatory requirements, cGMPs, Policy Documents and SOPs. Must be able to maintain training at 95% or greater. Must always wear proper PPE and follow all safety guidelines outlined by the SOP and site policies when working in the facility.
Must be able to perform general tasks as assigned by Management to support manufacturing, i.e., staging materials, discarding waste, moving equipment, and other general clean room tasks.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning of equipment, glasswash of misc. parts, assembles setups and filters, autoclaves medias/materials, tests filter integrity, manages process waste flows and material movement, and executes inventory management tasks.
Handling and discarding of hazardous and nonhazardous waste.
Computer: Includes maintaining training and job-related functions. Ordering and stocking general supplies in the manufacturing production areas.
Performing other various task as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Due to non-routine cleanings and the need to adhere to the manufacturing schedule, it is required, if necessary, to stay past the assigned shift to complete such requests. This position requires standing for long periods of time. For cleaning, this position also requires bending, kneeling, and reaching above head. This position is considered “Essential Personnel” which requires 7 days a week work coverage even though the company closes (i.e., inclement weather). This position is required to ensure cGMP production tasks are completed every day.
Salary Range: $21.63/hour-$27.40/hour
*There is an additional 15% shift differential for nightshift positions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor critical quality points and documentation.
Provide support, training and review of quality and sanitation controls as well as policies to ensure they are effectively in place. These include master sanitation schedules, internal and external audits; GMP, Traceability, label compliance, SQF, HACCP, Kosher and Organic certificate regulation adherence.
Administration, document preparation, SOP's, Regulatory and other related programs (Internal Audit, GMPs).
Responsible for documenting GMP violations and ensuring employees follow GMPs and good hygiene practices.

Summary/Objective
The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization's compliance and quality assurance functions across programs and services. This role ensures that operations consistently adhere to internal policies, external regulations, and established quality standards. The QA Coordinator will conduct file reviews, monitor data integrity, support database transitions, and provide technical assistance to staff. While a primary focus will be the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, the QA Coordinator is expected to strengthen compliance practices and promote continuous improvement across the organization.
Essential Functions
Conduct regular, detailed reviews of client case files to verify eligibility, documentation accuracy, and timeliness of service entries.
Ensure all services provided comply with federal, state, and local funder requirements as well as internal Standard Operating Protocols.

The Manufacturing Technician supports daily production of dietary supplement products, including equipment operation, process monitoring, and quality assurance under cGMP guidelines. You will troubleshoot equipment and process issues, perform routine cleaning and changeovers, assist with batch record documentation, and uphold safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements specific to dietary supplements.
Responsibilities
Support daily production runs: monitor equipment, assist with setup/changeovers, and ensure production targets are met while adhering to quality and safety standards for dietary supplements.
Operate and troubleshoot processing equipment as assigned; perform routine cleaning, calibration checks, adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance to maintain optimum performance.
Verify product quality and process parameters; document observations, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with batch records and SOPs.
Follow batch records, SOPs, sanitation procedures, and line clearance; ensure proper material reconciliation and traceability of all finished products.
Maintain accurate production documentation, including lot codes, run times, temperatures, humidity (if applicable), and changeover records.
Ensure proper labeling, packaging integrity, and traceability of finished goods; confirm correct lot codes and expiration dating where applicable.
Support cGMP compliance and safety programs; promote a clean and safe work environment; report any food-safety or product-safety concerns.
Monitor line performance metrics (OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, changeover times) and implement improvements to optimize throughput while maintaining quality.
Coordinate with QA, Quality Systems, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Production Planning to resolve issues and optimize throughput within regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (kaizen, lean) to reduce downtime, optimize changeovers, and minimize waste.
Participate in safety briefings, risk assessments, and incident investigations; support corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed.
Assist with training of new technicians and operators on equipment operation, standard work, and quality requirements.
Maintain inventory accuracy for packaging materials, labels, raw materials, and finished goods.
Skills/Qualification
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or associate degree in manufacturing, packaging, food science, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years in food packaging operations or manufacturing; supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of food packaging processes, labeling, serialization/traceability, allergen controls, and line clearance procedures; familiarity with GMP, HACCP, SQF/ISO 22000 or other food safety standards.
Technical: Proficiency with packaging equipment (cartoners, case packers, printers/labelers, shrink wrap); basic PLC/SCADA understanding is a plus.
Quality & Compliance: Excellent attention to detail; ability to interpret SOPs, batch records, allergen controls, and quality specifications.

As an Electronics Technician for production at Arete, you will be responsible for assembling the electronics and necessary subassemblies for AIRTRAC lasers. These assemblies require soldering, following procedures, and reading schematics and drawings. You will also be responsible for the construction, integration, and test of custom cabling harnesses. You will be working with a team of scientists, engineers, and technicians to assemble, test, and calibrate electronics for lasers. A Quality Control/Floor Inspector assists the Chief Inspector with all things as required and needed in support of the Repair Station and operations. This person reports directly to the Chief Inspector.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
Work efficiently with the team to ensure a smooth workflow.
Assist the Chief Inspector with logbook research as required.
Perform aircraft inspections when not inspecting discrepancies or work orders.
Assist the Chief Inspector with floor inspection items. Giving the “ok to close panels” and being the “backup” to ensure quality and safety of our products.
Assist the Chief Inspector with returning aircraft to service after work is completed. Ensure that we are delivering a safe aircraft that meets our quality standards.
Inspecting discrepancies once completed for proper repairs, correct paperwork, and correct sign-off of discrepancies. (Make sure accepted or approved procedures are used at all times).
Other duties as assigned.
