The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the quality programs and functions. These include maintaining all HACCP, food safety records, plant audits, mock recall programs and training the plant on these issues and procedures. What you will do: Conducts day to day analysis and tests several areas in the quality control program which include data analysis, systems evaluation, and product assessment. Ensures day to day operations are carried out in an efficient and appropriate manner, correcting any irregularities.
