Properly documents findings and actions taken. * Interpret and verify per complex data, engineering change orders and governmental regulatory procedures and specifications and properly document results. * Apply technical knowledge in the fields of manufacturing and assembly, plumbing, electrical, etc. to determine conformity, approval for return to service, & airworthiness. * Use precision measuring guides, gauges and laboratory type instruments. * Suggest dispositions of damaged or worn parts and the possibility of salvage based on company practices or procedures. * Be familiar with relative FAA/EASA regulations and requirements. * Be familiar with regulatory processes. * Prepare necessary customer and/or company documents. * Complete and maintain reports and records as required. * Assist other personnel on specific job assignments as requested by Quality Management. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * May perform inspections of incoming purchased parts and products. * May perform inspections of outgoing parts and products being shipped from DFJC. Position Summary: Turbare Manufacturing, a leading 503B outsourcing facility, is seeking a qualified detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support its sterile compounding operations. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for performing sampling, testing, documentation, and quality verification activities to ensure products meet established specifications and are manufactured in accordance with applicable regulatory and cGMP requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Conduct routine environmental monitoring to assess the cleanliness and control of the compounding areas. This includes air sampling, surface sampling, and non-viable particulate monitoring to identify any potential sources of contamination. Perform environmental and personnel monitoring sample collection, incubation and enumeration (plate count) processes. Assist with qualification activities for cleanroom personnel and aseptic processes e.g. gowning qualifications and media fill qualifications. Accurately document and report test results, ensuring timely completion of records in accordance with data integrity and GDP requirements. Identify and investigate deviations, non-conformances, and quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Participate in the validation and qualification of equipment, processes, and analytical methods. Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality control activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, efficiency, and compliance. Responsible for performing inspections of aircraft maintenance and alterations for quality and airworthiness. The Quality Control Inspector may also perform aircraft maintenance (including inspection), preventive maintenance and alteration and assist customers with technical and operational support relative to the customer's aircraft. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES * Responsible for Quality Assurance for quality and airworthiness and may report to Maintenance Supervision for the assignment of aircraft maintenance tasks. * Using technical data acceptable to and/or approved by the FAA, the Quality Control Inspector provides inspection and approval for return to service with respect to work performed. * Adheres to general work and safety requirements. * May travel to locations other than the Repair Station's fixed location to support customer aircraft. * May perform inspections, adjusts and repairs, replace components and corrects any malfunction or deficiency with and without power applied to the aircraft. * May perform repairs on components removed from the aircraft. * May remove and re-install aircraft components to gain access for the performance of assigned tasks. * May troubleshoot (fault isolation) aircraft system malfunction. * May perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations. * Documents, records, and signs for work performed and/or inspected per RSM/QCM. * Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervision. * May fuel and defuel aircraft. * May perform aircraft line services. * Performs inspection on-site and at off-site locations. * Supports production aircraft under Production Certificate System. * Assists other employees in the performance of their duties within area(s) of qualification. * Is familiar with and adheres to the RSM/QCM and applicable regulations. * Is responsible for and accountable for work performed.
