This position works under general supervision to assemble/test parts, components, or systems for wheel loaders and motor graders according to the specified work orders. This position is for the assembly line at the North Little Rock, AR site.
Pay Rate and Schedule:
The position includes a starting wage of $24.70/hour and a comprehensive benefit program

1st shift: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m
. Overtime opportunities may be available on a voluntary basis based on business needs and with leader prior authorization.
In this role, you will:
Work as a team, following work instructions to build our Caterpillar machines.
Collaborate with support teams to make continuous improvements to our assembly process.
Utilize assembly tools and lifting devices to make the work easier and safer
Own the work you do, actively seeking to learn and improve to ensure the highest level of adherence to safety and quality
What you will have:
CI Technicians provide internal manufacturing capabilities for tooling and other production-related hardware. Technicians receive designs from the engineering department and are responsible for planning, fabricating, testing, and delivering products that conform to the designs received. Some of the responsibilities to operate as a Technician V include Operate and maintain welding equipment, machining equipment, CNC equipment and mechanical tools. Technicians read and interpret design prints and specifications, lift parts and materials up to 35lbs by hand, utilize cranes and lifting devices to transport heavier parts and materials. Technicians inspect and evaluate products with precision measurement tools and techniques, stand for extended periods of time and track and communicate project progress.
If hired, CI Technicians are required to complete all classes assigned by the section manager.
CI Technicians must interact with production and management employees in a professional and productive manner, working with multiple departments to provide solutions for continuous improvement opportunities. CI technicians will work together on larger projects and receive feedback on projects from shop floor personnel.
CI Technicians will be responsible for using computers and computer applications such as AutoCAD, Microsoft office, and Teams.
Basic Qualifications
Must be Safety Driven
At least five years of welding or manufacturing assembly experience
Must possess basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and E-Mail Clients
Must have proven time management skills
Must be able to work with a team to accomplish tasks given
Must be capable of independent decision-making and problem solving to complete job tasks
Must be able to receive and present ideas from submitters in verbal and written communication (Customer facing)
Physical Job Requirements - Production:
Requires working on concrete floors for full shift and walking to retrieve parts from up to 80 ft.
Requires ability to work from stool (sitting), a creeper (laying back) or kneeling.
Climbing up and down stairs, platforms, and ladders up to a height of 15 feet.
May rotate and bend at the waist while reaching into storage bins and positioning body in front of the machine/part on an occasional basis.
On an occasional basis, the employee may be required to push or pull 60lbs of force.
Operate heavy equipment or assembly/fabrication machinery.
Handling: Seizing, holding, grasping, turning with a light to moderate grip. Occasionally, a forceful grip may be needed to assemble parts into the correct position.
Occasional exposure to hand tools with vibration.

Intermediate level of proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in manual milling and turning
At least one year of technical service area experience
Some experience in design software, such as AutoCAD, Pro E or SolidWorks

POSITION

ORGANIZATION
Under general supervision of the Lead Engineer or Engineering Supervisor, the Engineering Technician can help Public Services with inspecting private development and related site work to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and all applicable standards, codes, policies, rules, regulations, and laws. The Engineering Technician handles performing entry level engineering technical support duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Aid other Engineering staff with operations of the department.
Coordinates with the IT department to develop strategies, action plans, and documentation for software integration projects.
Aid with long-range planning and development of Public Services projects and cross-functional teams, including developers, stakeholders, and vendors.
Supports the development and implementation of goals, aims, priorities, policies, methods, and procedures for engineering.

Interpret data, CATIA models, company standards, work instructions, and perform necessary calculations using shop math to conform detail parts, tooling, assemblies and installations and document results.
Perform complete inspection of components, major assemblies, sub-assemblies, production tools or parts during manufacturing, modifications, repairs & installations to determine safety or conformity to approved data & company standards & specifications. Properly documents findings and actions taken.
Interpret and verify per complex data, engineering change orders and governmental regulatory procedures and specifications and properly document results.
Apply technical knowledge in the fields of manufacturing and assembly, plumbing, electrical, etc. to determine conformity, approval for return to service, & airworthiness.
Use precision measuring guides, gauges and laboratory type instruments.
Suggest dispositions of damaged or worn parts and the possibility of salvage based on company practices or procedures.
Be familiar with relative FAA/EASA regulations and requirements.
Be familiar with regulatory processes.
Prepare necessary customer and/or company documents.
Complete and maintain reports and records as required.
Assist other personnel on specific job assignments as requested by Quality Management.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
May perform inspections of incoming purchased parts and products.
May perform inspections of outgoing parts and products being shipped from DFJC.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The compensation for this position typically falls between $25.00 and $29.00 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for shift differential. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.

Turbare Manufacturing, a leading 503B outsourcing facility, is seeking a qualified detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support its sterile compounding operations. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for performing sampling, testing, documentation, and quality verification activities to ensure products meet established specifications and are manufactured in accordance with applicable regulatory and cGMP requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Conduct routine environmental monitoring to assess the cleanliness and control of the compounding areas. This includes air sampling, surface sampling, and non-viable particulate monitoring to identify any potential sources of contamination.
Perform environmental and personnel monitoring sample collection, incubation and enumeration (plate count) processes.
Assist with qualification activities for cleanroom personnel and aseptic processes e.g. gowning qualifications and media fill qualifications.
Accurately document and report test results, ensuring timely completion of records in accordance with data integrity and GDP requirements.
Identify and investigate deviations, non-conformances, and quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in the validation and qualification of equipment, processes, and analytical methods.
Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality control activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsible for performing inspections of aircraft maintenance and alterations for quality and airworthiness.
