Quality Technician (Food & Beverage) Conway, AR The Opportunity The Quality Technician is responsible for performing quality functions to ensure products meet established Smurfit WestRock and customer quality standards. This role works closely with Production, the Quality Manager, and the Customer Service Department to support quality assurance activities across the plant. Responsibilities include calibration and maintenance of testing equipment, conducting quality, customer, and regulatory audits, and managing product samples and testing to ensure consistency of incoming materials and finished production.
