Explains all procedures to the patient along with risks involved. Obtain consent forms signed by the patient prior to the procedure. Prepares patients for procedures. Acts as a circulator in the case, connects monitoring lines, checks pulses, collects and sets up appropriate equipment for the case. Performs as a sterile assistant, assists the physician in scrubbing and maintaining a sterile field, assists the physician with catheter and/or equipment insertion and removal. Dresses and/or sutures insertion site following the procedure. Sets up arterial pressure line (if needed) or pulls sheath and obtains hemostasis. Assists in the use of arterial closure devices. Records, interprets, and calculates various types of data collected during the procedure. Maintains equipment, corrects equipment malfunctions and reports malfunctions for repair. Instructs technologists and others in the performance of technical procedures, operations of equipment, and collection and interpretation of data. Demonstrates knowledge of the proper operation of x-ray equipment used in the Cath Lab. Monitors and is responsible for quality assurance of the x-ray equipment. Maintains continuing education classes to assure certification. Participates in the on call rotation. Collects appropriate past patient information for the physician to review (old cine films, cath records, etc.). Adheres to behavioral standards. Performs other related work as required or requested.

The purpose of this position is to assure quality and deliver neat and organized building automation UL508A control panels for installation into the field. This role provides “final say” panel support to this nationwide company of 200+ employees and provides all panel building duties for clients across the nation. The role requires UL508A experience and a highly detailed demeanor. This role delivers strong base pay and bonus and is located onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI. Under the direction of the Lead Manufacturing Supervisor, the Processing Technician 2 is responsible for supporting the injection molding departments' operational goals. The primary responsibilities of this role will include Start-up of all down machines when ready, attending and actively participating in tech meetings, housekeeping, checking process parameters while ensuring all alarms are on and active, submitting first pieces to the Quality Lab, completing material changes, and setting scales. The Processing Technician 2 will provide troubleshooting support to the production group to correct problems. This role will act as the liaison between Production and the Process Engineering dept. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation. Your Role on Our Team The Quality Technician II will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all products produced meet agreed upon standards and expectations. The Quality Technician II will demonstrate the ability to put people and process first at all times to ensure Milwaukee Tool's unwavering devotion to a robust quality culture. This position is the standard bearer for who we are and the obsession we have with being the market leader. A Quality Technician II is charged with overseeing the quality, safety, productivity, and training linked within their assigned team. The ability to effectively communicate to the team is crucial to the continued success and development of the personnel and equipment managed. Through resourcing of timely product inspections, and directing of plant quality technicians, the Quality Technician II position is tasked with the short- and long-term success of the Manufacturing Quality Team. Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Key contributor of the manufacturing quality assurance organization by performing daily audits of the manufacturing process to ensure all products and processes are abiding by the specifications and standards set by the leadership teams User of test lab equipment such as tensile/torsion testers, hardness testers, metallurgical equipment (cut/mount/polish, optical and stereo microscopes), and other various test equipment Operate CMM and VMM measuring machines and user of handheld devices such as calipers, micrometers, height/snap/pin gauges and other various devices to support metrology needs Initiate Quality System documentation, such as Inspections, Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMR's), quality alerts Contribute to the creation of work instructions Complete dimensional inspections of incoming raw material Ability to navigate document repository web page to locate inspection reports, blueprints and other quality documents Participate in gage R&R studies as needed Mentor Quality Technician I personnel and provide guidance to manufacturing operators Effectively communicate across shifts and weekend work within internal teams and cross-functional teams Support Operator instruction/ training on new procedures or techniques Perform basic math; fraction to decimal conversion, arithmetic and units of measure conversion, and basic statistics Consciously abide by all safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment Other duties as assigned The TOOLS you'll bring with you: High School or GED diploma 2+ years of previous quality experience or 5+ years of manufacturing experience Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Microsoft Outlook Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to navigate technology such as computer, tablet and printer systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read blueprints Problem solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage interruptions Proven hands-on skills and ability to follow detailed instructions is a huge plus Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: Understanding of metrology fundamentals, GD&T We provide these great perks and benefits: Robust health, dental and vision insurance plans Generous 401 (K) savings plan Education assistance On-site food and coffee service And many more, check out our benefits site HERE Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
