Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities Perform quality audits of production & charting procedures across all shifts, including identifying improper procedures and taking necessary actions to correct (i.e., train proper procedures, update procedures). Conduct necessary training (i.e., GMP, FSC, SFI, BRC, test procedures and run rules) in support of plant quality programs. Conduct and assist in the performance of statistically based audits, AQL's and post-production inspection of products and product characteristics. Assist Production department in the recall and inspection of returned goods and determine their disposition. Responsibility for complying with the SQF and GMP practices and programs to ensure safe food packaging product and to report food safety problems.
